Gleb Savchenko and Brooks Nader are back in the ballroom.
Three weeks after the Dancing With the Stars pro confirmed he broke up with the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model following their elimination, the former couple reunited on the dancefloor during the show’s season finale Nov. 26.
Brooks—clad in a risqué shimmering gown—returned for a sultry routine with Gleb fittingly set to the Peaches & Herb song "Reunited," alongside costars Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber.
And even before stepping out for the finale, Gleb and Brooks appeared to put the drama behind them by reuniting in a TikTok video, in which Brooks lip-synced to the sound, "You wanna kiss me? Come on, kiss me" before cracking up with the pro dancer. Gleb also teased Brooks by filming her getting ready backstage—and it seems the comeback was pretty emotional for Brooks.
Sharing a sweet video of herself tearing up in her decorated dressing room, Brooks wrote on TikTok, "Why’d they have to do me like that right before the finale." She set the clip to Taylor Swift's ballad "Bigger Than the Whole Sky," singing "goodbye, goodbye, goodbye."
Less than two weeks after they were eliminated during week four, Brooks, 28, hinted that she and the choreographer had broken things off in an October TikTok video. But it wasn’t until the following month that Gleb, 41, confirmed in a video with DWTS costar Ezra Sosa that the couple had split via text.
"She's a really cool person," he added. "I had the best time. When you asked me if I had the best time on the season, absolutely. This is one of my best seasons."
In fact, Gleb admitted that his unique connection with Brooks played a role in their success during the competition.
"Listen, when you rehearse together for such long hours and days, you create a certain chemistry," Gleb told E! News in September. "Especially like, when we dance together it's there. We're trying to get into character pretty much, you know."
As for Brooks? She was simply waltzing toward a good time. "We're just having fun honestly and you know, just living our life," she previously told E!. "We also are fond of each other."
