Brooks Nader is spilling her tea all over the ballroom.
After her Dancing With the Stars partner Gleb Savchenko confessed to ending their romance via text message, the Sports Illustrated model shared her version of events with fans—including the alleged breakup text.
“He said, ‘Picked up my stuff. I’m going to Joshua Tree tomorrow for a few nights. We should have a conversation but I think I'm done,’” Brooks recounted during a Nov. 26 TikTok livestream, according to People. “‘I care about you. I think you're an amazing person. You always have a special place in my heart. I love you.' That was on October 23.”
During the broadcast—which took place hours before the live DWTS finale—the 27-year-old said she “never responded” to the messages, leading Gleb, 41, to follow up days later.
“October 25, he said, ‘I miss you,’” she continued. “Then, October 26, ‘I’m so sorry, I want to talk to you. I actually miss you.’ Then, of course, we had a little chit-chat.”
Gleb previously shared that he chose to break up over the phone because writing out the message allowed him to say everything he wanted to say.
“Sometimes you can be mixed up in a conversation, so I always like to write everything down,” he told TooFab. "When I wrote that down, it felt like it was perfect, because the moment you start a conversation, you might get lost, so it's better to just write it down.”
The pair are set to reunite in the ballroom as the dancing competition crowns its season 33 winner, and several of their castmates have shared videos of Brooks and Gleb getting cozy on the dance floor during rehearsals for the finale—including one clip of the two kissing passionately behind the scenes.
And while the dancing duo are playing coy about their current relationship status, they’ve shared a myriad of cryptic social media posts that provide insight into where they stand. In fact, Gleb himself said all the answers about their fling can be found online.
“Everything’s on TikTok,” he told E! News Nov. 18. “Just follow me and follow Brooks, and it’s all there.”
