One Jonas brother is sending out an S.O.S. after his daughter learned a new phrase.
Nick Jonas shared insight into his life with daughter Malti Marie, 2, whom he shares with wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas. And as the Jonas Brothers member revealed in an Aug. 12 Instagram video, it included the toddler showing off her new favorite expression.
“Oh, my god,” Malti said to her dad’s shock. He responded by saying, “Wh… What?!”
As she turned to bury her head into the arm of a chair behind her, she continued, “Oh, my god! Oh, my god.”
And new catchphrases aren’t the only things Nick’s daughter is learning.
In another video from the post, captioned “lately,” Malti can be seen wearing a shirt that reads “Daddy” while playing in Nick’s hair with a pair of toy scissors.
“Malti, you cutting [dad’s] hair?” the “Jealous” singer asked her, to which she simply said, “Okay.” He responded with a playful, “Thank you.”
As for Malti’s other shenanigans? The post also included an adorable family portrait, featuring Priyanka, 42, and Malti wearing pirate hats and cuddling up to Nick, 31, earning them lots of love on social media.
“The beautiful 3,” one fan commented. “Your family is full of love. I can sense that from miles apart.”
“Awww these pictures and videos are beautiful!” another added. “I love your family!”
The heartwarming update is the latest peek into the family life of Nick and Priyanka, who married in December 2018 and welcomed their daughter in January 2022.
The busy couple always finds time to share sweet moments supporting each other’s career, including in May when Priyanka shouted out Nick’s first day on the set of his upcoming movie with Paul Rudd and Jack Reynor.
“Husband appreciation post: As I finish one [project] he starts one,” Priyanks wrote on Instagram May 9. “The universe keeps us in sync. So happy to be reunited as he starts filming Power Ballad. Congratulations on your first day baby. There is no one who works harder than you.”
And that hard work is present in their relationship, too.
“Thank you to my incredible husband who made his presence felt in such special ways, even though he was not here,” the Quantico actress wrote in a July 18 birthday post, also honoring “my little angel @MaltiMarie for making life worth it.”
