These couples deserve an Emmy for Most Outstanding Display of Affection.

While the 2024 Emmys, hosted by Dan Levy and Eugene Levy, will honor some of the biggest names in television—with The Bear, Shogun, and Only Murders in the Building and The Crown leading in nominations—the Sept. 15 ceremony is also the perfect opportunity for stars to turn heads with their plus ones.

And just like their performances, these stars are delivering at the Primetime Emmys red carpet. (For every celeb on the red carpet, head on over here).

Among the cute couples that graced the star-studded evening, The Bear's Liza Colón-Zayas—who recieved her first Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her performance on the FX series—stepped out in an eye-catching Christian Siriano sparkly green gown along with her husband of over 25 years, David Zayas, by her side.

Meanwhile, Jesse Tyler Ferguson surprised fans when he stepped out with husband of 11 years Justin Mikita with a completely clean-shaven complexion. Jodie Foster and wife of 10 years Alexandra Hedison were also among all the couples shining on their way into the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, Calif.

As for host Eugene, he has been married to wife Deborah Divine for nearly 50 years—and the couple shares Dan, 41, and Sarah Levy, 37. However, the couple stays more low key—so Eugene naturally posed with son and cohost Dan on the red carpet.

Still, the father and son duo have their hands full this evening. After all, there are plenty of trophies to hand out. FX series Shogun, starring Hiroyuki Sanada and Cosmo Jarvis, leads the pack with 25 nominations across all categories. Netflix’s The Crown, which aired its final season in 2023, follows closely behind in the drama department with 18 nods.

Meanwhile, The Bear made Emmys history for a comedy series by earning 23 nods overall, breaking the 2009 record of 22 set by 30 Rock. The series is up for several overall categories including Outstanding Writing, Outstanding Directing and Outstanding Casting. Plus, Jeremy Allen-White, Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce and Liza are each up for awards for their individual performances.

And while Only Murders in the Building stars Meryl Streep and Martin Short have previously distinguished themselves as no more than friends, the performance of their on-screen romance earned them nods in Outstanding Supporting Actress and Outstanding Lead Actor, respectively. Overall, the show earned 21 nods (See every winner so far here).
