Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo are keeping fit—because that’s what lovers do.
Days before the model blazes down the runway at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Oct. 15, she got her workout on in a video posted on social media—but not without some support from the Maroon 5 frontman.
In the Instagram video posted by trainer Austin Pohlen Oct. 11, the “Moves Like Jagger” singer, 45, poked his head in and waved to the camera as his wife powered through a set of hip thrust exercises. He was later seen catching his breath as Behati, 36, did a series of step ups, as well as running alongside her as she finished off with a round of sled pushes.
The playful post comes months after the couple—who share daughters Dusty Rose, 8, and Gio Grace, 6, as well as a 20-month-old son whose name has not been made public—marked their 10th wedding anniversary in July. And despite Maroon 5’s continued success, including an ongoing Las Vegas residency, the Grammy winner is firmly focused on family above all else.
“It means more than my career,” Adam told People in December. “But at the same time, having both is just a gift. And I think you don't appreciate s--t like that until you get a little older.”
“I don't know how you can have a better life,” he went on. “I’m lucky enough to do what I love professionally, but also have the greatest personal life and family I could ever ask for, and having kids and a wonderful wife, and just that life that I cling so much to. I love it so much.”
The singer added, “As the years go on, I just get sappier and more sentimental about it. I love it so damn much.”
