Bruce Willis is unbreakable.
Two years after the 69-year-old stepped away from acting amid his battle with frontotemporal dementia, his daughter Rumer Willis shared an encouraging update on her father.
"He's doing really well," she exclusively told E! News at a screening of Trail of Vengeance by SkipStone Pictures. "I've seen him like the other the other day, right before I left and we got to all go over, and it was so wonderful."
The 35-year-old continued to gush about how her father is as a grandfather to her daughter, Louetta, 17 months, who she shares with ex Derek Richard Thomas.
"She's the only grandchild. It's just nice," Rumer shared. "I feel like being able to share in any sort of, you know, like a new life and grandchildren era, is just such a beautiful thing."
She went on, "And, you know, especially because he's such a girl dad anyway. I mean, having another girl is pretty cool."
Rumer added that it's "so sweet" seeing Bruce—who shares Rumer and her sisters Scout Willis, 32, and Tallulah Willis, 30, with ex-wife Demi Moore—with his granddaughter and that "everyone's obsessed" with Louetta—so much so that "they call and want to have playdates with her."
The House Bunny actress' update follows her recent reveal that she and Derek had broken up a year after welcoming their daughter into the world. Even though they're not together romantically anymore, Rumer shared that coparenting has been going well.
"Derek and I have an unbelievable coparenting relationship and friendship that’s so loving and wonderful," she told E! News. "I have such an incredible example of that with my parents, that that's created such a beautiful foundation for us."
The actress—who has since moved on to a new chapter in her personal life—continued, "He’s still my best friend."
When she shared the news of her breakup with the world, Rumer stressed that her daughter remained her priority.
"I am single momming it and coparenting," she wrote on her Instagram Stories Aug. 22. "I'm so grateful for Lou. She is the best thing in my life and I'm forever grateful I was able to have the time in that relationship for her to come into my life."
