What do you get when you combine The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and Million Dollar Listing? Sold on SLC.
E! News can exclusively reveal the trailer for the new Bravo real estate reality series featuring Utah's top brokerage agents selling jaw-dropping properties. And, of course, their celebrity clients like Lisa Barlow.
"I am Jennifer Yeo, CEO of Presidio Real Estate," the SLC boss announces in the first look, released Oct. 29. "When I started the brokerage, I literally couldn't even afford a printer. But last year, we sold $1.2 billion. And I couldn't have done it without the best team in the business."
Enter Jennifer's team: Tyna Edwards, Malaysia Fua, Matt Jones, Sarah Martindale and Kenny Sperry.
When it comes to her mostly female staff, Jennifer notes, "The amount of women that create brokerages in the state of Utah and succeed? I would say one percent."
So her staff means business. Tyna echoes her boss, adding, "As women in this industry in a male-dominated state, you gotta grow a pair."
And with many of their clientele being members of the Mormon church, the houses they sell must make sense for their buyers' faithful lifestyles. The preview teases luxurious homes with multiple laundry rooms to cater to large families and guest houses for extended family members.
RHOSLC's Lisa even makes several cameos and declares at one point, "God is in this brokerage."
Cut to Lisa poking fun at the Mormon swinging sex scandal that nearly took down #MomTok—while on a literal sex swing.
But when it comes to Jennifer's place of work, she has some iron-clad rules to help mitigate the drama among her money-hungry employees.
"People in Utah might follow the 10 Commandments," she notes, "but at my brokerage, we follow the Jen Commandments: Thou shalt always be selling. Thou shalt always be professional. Thou shalt not steal my agents. Thou shalt never let emotions ruin a deal. Thou shalt never speak unkindly of another agent."
But not every employee is following those rules. After Jennifer accuses Sarah of "shady business," Sarah admits in a confessional, "I'm pretty much sleeping with the enemy. Sorry, Jen."
The trailer ends with several costars revealing a secret about Matt, who furiously storms off yelling, "My mic's off. I'm f--king out of here!"
See all the drama to come in the video above, and keep reading to meet the cast.
Sold on SLC premieres Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 9 p.m. immediately after a new Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Episodes are available to stream next day on Peacock.
Jennifer Yeo
As founding broker at Presidio Real Estate and fellow competing super-agent, Jennifer Yeo has been hustling for the success of her company since its inception in 2011. With her “raise the bar” mantra at the forefront of her business, she values loyalty and fierce ambition when it comes to her team. While Jen’s doting husband Darin keeps her grounded at home, she finds herself caught in the middle of her agent’s personal drama at the brokerage.
Kenny Sperry
Kenny Sperry is committed to his family, LDS faith and professional success above all else. At Presidio, he consistently pulls in some of the highest numbers for the brokerage and is ready to take a leap by representing more luxury listings. As a father of three and husband to wife Jessica, Kenny credits religion with pulling him through some struggles in his youth.
Tyna Edwards
Quick witted and unapologetically herself, Tyna Edwards prides herself on her talents for selling everything from starter homes to ultra high-end real estate. Tyna recently left the Mormon church and came out, and with her two daughters, purchased her dream home and invited her partner, BJ, to move from California to join their modern family. Tyna has some close allies among her colleagues at Presidio but calls out a fellow agent for a damaging rumor that could threaten her business and standing with the Mormon community.
Malaysia Fua
After leaving for a competing firm last year, Malaysia Fua learned the grass is not always greener and took a leap of faith in asking to return to Presidio. As a practicing Mormon 2.0 mom of four and wife to former NFL player Alani Fua, Malaysia works to strike a balance between her blossoming career, busy life at home, and a bustling social life. Initially on shaky ground upon her return, she hopes to regain Jen’s trust and get back into the fold with the other agents by bringing some fun, and fire, to the brokerage.
Sarah Martindale
As a native Brazilian, Sarah Martindale brings the heat to Salt Lake City with her bold energy and vibrant personal style. At home, she’s a mom of two and wife to Chris, who happens to run Presidio’s biggest rival brokerage. With Chris at her side, Sarah frustrations boil over when her allegiances are called into question at work.
Matt Jones
With Jen as a mentor and close confidante, Matt Jones is determined to take his real estate career to the next level at Presidio. As a father of four with wife Nicole and a devout LDS church member, Matt strives for perfection while embracing competition. At the office, he finds himself caught up in the rumor mill while clashing with another agent.
