Dorothy Wang Marries Brandon Yankowitz in Italy

A year after Rich Kids of Beverly Hills alum Dorothy Wang hard launched her relationship with Brandon Yankowitz with an engagement, the couple officially tied the knot in Italy.

UPDATE: One year after Dorothy Wang announced her engagement to Brandon Yankowitz, the couple tied the knot Oct. 11 in a Italian ceremony at Collegio alla Querce in Florence—the same city he popped the question.

“It was almost too much excitement, too much change,” Dorothy, 37, gushed to Elle of the pair’s whirlwind romance and engagement in an interview published Oct. 28. “I think every bride says this, but I wish we could do it again.”

For the ceremony, Dorothy wore a “100 percent custom” Oscar De La Renta gown and the couple hired rapper Saweetie to perform at their reception. As Dorothy gushed of the lavish affair, “Everyone just had so much fun.”

The Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star is engaged to attorney Brandon Yankowitz. Dorothy announced the happy news through a collab post on Instagram Oct. 29, 2024 marking the first time she'd posted about Brandon on social media.

Underneath a photo of herself hugging and kissing Brandon in front of a grand fireplace adorned with white flowers, the Bling Empire star simply wrote "engaged" along with two white hearts.

Shortly after Dorothy shared her heartwarming post, fellow celebs flooded the comments with love, including her former Rich Kids costar Morgan Stewart who wrote "Congrats!!!!!!!!" alongside a bunch of hearts, while Rich Kids of Instagram star Ezra J. William commented, "So excited and happy for you Auntie."

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' CrystalKung Minkoff noted that she'd "been waiting for this" announcement, and Nicky Hilton Rothschild shared, "So happy for you."

On her Instagram Story, Dorothy shared called “the most beautiful surprise of my life," along with a video taken from that night where "Unchained Melody" by The Righteous Brothers can be heard in the background.

When a follower commented that they "loved meeting" Dorothy "in Venice last week," the reality star responded that the engagement had "happened the night before," indicating that Brandon proposed in the Italian city.

Before sharing her engagement news with the world, Dorothy posted a telling quote on her Instagram Story that hinted at the big news: "Sometimes the Universe takes you on a journey you didn't know you needed, to bring you everything you ever wanted. Trust the plan."

In another Instagram post, she shared more insight into her relationship, which she'd kept private for two years.

"Brandon and I met exactly two years ago today," she wrote, "and it's been the happiest time of my life ever after."

Dorothy, who moved from her native Los Angeles to New York City in 2022, included a handful of photos of her and her new fiancé from throughout their two-year romance. Among the moments she shared were from parties and meals together, as well as the New York City Ballet, trips to Paris and Disneyland and more.

In response to influencer Christina Najjar, known as Tinx, pointing out in the comments, "You truly glow these past few years," Dorothy credited "the NY SHIFT!!!"

Brandon is a former model and licensed attorney who cofounded the production company YaSu Media, according to IMDb. He's also been credited with producing the 2011 film Trophy Kids.
