Love Is Blind's Taylor Reveals If She's Responsible for Garrett's Epic Transformation

So despite Taylor’s claim that she played no part, Garrett added, “She opened up that door for me, we're running with it.”

The fan-favorite couple—who shared during the reunion they spent much of their first year of marriage traveling and spending time with friends and family—also shared what’s next for them.

In addition to looking to move to Washington D.C. together, Taylor joked, “I’m gonna follow him on Instagram.”

But in all seriousness, the two scientists confessed that despite their desire for structure, they’re letting themselves be open to what the world has in store.

“I think for us,” Taylor explained, “we are people that are very rigid and want to plan everything. But when we let the universe open up, we found each other, which has been the best adventure of them all. So I think next for us is just being open to everything and anything.”

The 30-year-old—whose family lives in San Diego—continued, “Spending more time with friends and family, now that we're a bi-coastal couple, is also a top priority for us.”

And Garrett is along for every step of the way.

“I think I spent a lot of the beginning of our marriage trying to know where we're going, what's going to happen,” he added. “And it was not easy or fun. But once I just decided to just let go and let us be us, and take one step at a time, I've really fell into this.”

As he noted, “I'm really happy.”
