Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Garcia have had their last dance.
The Dancing With the Stars pro and the Total Bellas star, who share 4-year-old son Matteo, settled their divorce two months after breaking up.
“Nikki and Artem have settled their divorce and will not be going to court," a spokesperson for Nikki confirmed in a Nov. 20 statement to E! News. "Nikki's No. 1 priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter. She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time."
The settlement comes two months after Artem, 42, was arrested on a suspicion of felony domestic violence charge following an Aug. 29 incident at his and Nikki's Northern California home. Local prosecutors ultimately chose to drop the charge, with Artem telling E! News in September that he was "incredibly relieved and grateful" the legal saga had come to an end.
Nikki, 40, filed for divorce from Artem in September, listing the day of the dancer's arrest as their official date of separation in court documents. Additionally, the WWE Hall of Famer—who married Artem in 2022—sought a temporary restraining order against her ex, alleging he attacked her on the day he was arrested.
However, in a filing responding to Nikki's restraining order request, Artem alleged that Nikki was the aggressor in the situation and had attacked him before the police arrived at their home.
Nikki's rep told E! Nov. 20 that the wrestler—formerly known as Nikki Bella—and Artem "decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively co-parent their son."
E! News has reached out to Artem's rep for comment but hasn't heard back.
His attorney previously told E! News that he and Nikki are “focused on co-parenting and working together for the best interests of their son.”

Nikki explained that Artem would be joining her in live tweeting the episode, though that wasn't the only reason for his social media cameo. "I have a special guest who had a really fun Sunday fun day with me," she told fans in the Live video, before explaining they spent the afternoon enjoying ramen and non-alcoholic beer together.
Messing Around
Artem followed Nikki's adorable Instagram post with one of his own the following the day. The scenic shot showed a giddy-looking Nikki smiling and covering Artem's face while his arm was wrapped sweetly around her waist.
It's Official!
Trailing Total Bellas' fourth season finale, the WWE star took to Instagram Sunday night, March 24, with an adorable snapshot that saw her planting a sweet kiss on the DWTS pro's cheek.
The photo seemed to reemphasize what the final moments of Sunday's episode already confirmed: that Nikki and Artem are, in fact, doing the romance thing.
"Well after that season finale," she wrote in the post's caption, adding that her and Artem's relationship is the "first thing I'll be talking about" during Wednesday's upcoming episode of The Bellas Podcast. Stay tuned!
