*Warning: This article contains The Masked Singer spoilers.

Jana Kramer can't mask her past—and she wouldn't want to, either.

Indeed, the One Tree Hill alum—who was unveiled as The Masked Singer's Royal Knight during a double elimination Nov. 28—will always embrace her TV roots because they led to where she is today, specifically with her singing career.

"I know the only reason I got a record deal was because I was on One Tree Hill," Jana, who portrayed Alex Dupre on the beloved series, told E! News' Francesca Amiker in an exclusive interview. "I know that the only reason people came to the show because they're One Tree Hill-ers. And I did gain some country fans that didn't watch the show, but primarily at any show, the loudest screams were my One Tree Hill fans."

Which is why she'd be open to returning for the OTH reboot alongside fellow stars Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton.

"I talked to Sophia about it," Jana, who joined the series during season seven, revealed. "They're gonna get their footing of the show but I think they're open to bringing back characters."

One Tree Hill: Where Are They Now?

"For me, I love watching rebooted shows and then seeing old characters come back," she noted. "I wanna know where they're at, what they've been up to. So, I hope I get the opportunity, it sounds like there's a window for that. I'm ready if it comes calling."

As for where Jana thinks her OTH character is today?

"I feel like there's so much of Alex that's a piece of me," she explained. "Though I didn't go through some of the things she went through, I've had harder times, too. So, I want to believe that she's done some healing work but she's still who she is, she still causes a little bit of a stir."

"But at the root of it," Jana continued, "I think she's such a good person. I have a feeling she's still mischievous but that she means well in everything she does."

Much like Alex, Jana herself has gone on a personal journey of her own in recent years, one that's led to a "beautiful" blended family that consists of son Roman, 12 months, with husband Allan Russell, and kids Jolie, 8, and Jace, 5, with ex-husband Mike Caussin.

"I'm really happy that I did the healing work before I met my husband," she shared with E!. "Because a lot of times, being in a relationship would make me happy. But the fact that I was able to find happiness before I found my husband made that process make me actually do the full round of healing."

And she had her supportive family cheering her on as she performed undercover on The Masked Singer.

In fact, when she got the offer do be on the show, "My kids were screaming, it was so cute."
