Paris Hilton paid tribute to the legendary paparazzi photo of her in her car with Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears, taken back in November 2006.
"18 years ago today, this photo became the moment that defined an era," she wrote on Instagram Nov. 26. "@BritneySpears, @LindsayLohan, and me—the Holy Trinity. Instantly iconic #LovesIt #Sliving #Y2K"
In the famous snap, Paris sits in the driver's seat as she looks over at Britney and Lindsay, who are sharing the passenger seat next to her. They're all smiling in the picture, which was taken at what is largely considered to be the height of paparazzi and tabloid culture.
Fans flooded the comments of the 43-year-old's post praising the moment.
"There will NEVER be a more iconic moment in pop culture history," one person wrote, while another user called it a "defining moment in my life."
A third commenter joked that "this should be a national holiday."
This isn't the first time that Paris—who shares Phoenix, 22 months, and London, 12 months, with husband Carter Reum—has celebrated the iconic pop culture moment with Britney and Lindsay.
In fact, on the fifteenth anniversary of the photo, Paris reflected on how much has changed in their lives since 2006.
"Fifteen years later, and so much has happened in the past two weeks. I got married, Britney got her freedom back and engaged, Lindsay got engaged," the "Stars Are Blind" singer said on her podcast in 2021. "I love seeing how different our lives are now, and how much we've grown up."
When discussing the chaos around the iconic paparazzi shot, Paris said that "most of these problems were caused by the media." And she further reflected on how her friendships with Lindsay and Britney were portrayed versus how their dynamic really was.
"In the 2000s, that's what it was all about. They loved pitting women against each other. That was their thing," she explained. "Every single tabloid cover would say, ‘So and so hates this person,' ‘Feud,' just causing more drama than there even was."
"With the internet, it's changed so much—that whole landscape. But during that the time, it was so vicious," she continued. "I've dealt with it for a very long time."
Over the years, Paris hasn't been shy about showing her pal Britney some love. The Simple Life alum has dressed up as the "Toxic" singer for the past two Halloweens, and she recently gushed about Britney's relationship with Paris' kids.
"She loves visiting the babies," Paris said back in August. "She just loves kids so much.”
