Date night at the 2025 Grammys? Sounds like a pitch-perfect idea to these couples.
The 67th annual award show kicked off at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Feb. 2, and some of the nominees decided to turn music’s biggest night into a duo act by bringing a plus-one.
Among the pairs to walk the red carpet were Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes. The singer—who was nominated for Best Country Duo/Group Performance along with Noah Kahan—wore a black dress and white cape by Tamara Ralph Couture. As for the Outer Banks actor, he sported a white suit jacket over a green ensemble.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen were another duo to dazzle on the red carpet. The EGOT winner donned a Louis Vuitton suit while the Cravings author wore a sheer look by Christian Siriano( see more Grammys fashion here).
Of course, the star-studded style is only one of the event’s high notes. Turns out there are some physical awards to hand out as well.
Beyoncé leads the nominees with 11 nods followed by Charli xcx, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and Post Malone, who have seven apiece. Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan and Taylor Swift are also the night’s top contenders with six each (keep up with the winners throughout the night here).
And you can’t forget about the performances. Cynthia Erivo, John Legend, Chris Martin, Shakira, Stevie Wonder, Sheryl Crowe and Brad Paisley are just a few of the artists set to take the stage. There will also be a musical tribute to the late Quincy Jones, who passed away in November.
Hosted by Trevor Noah, the 2025 Grammy Awards will air live on CBS and Paramount+ starting at 8 p.m. EST. And while the event will certainly be a celebration of music, the Recording Academy has also vowed to approach this award show with a “renewed sense of purpose”: to raise money for wildfire relief efforts and to honor first responders following the recent L.A. fires.
As the award show gets underway, keep reading to see more couples on the red carpet.
