Allison “Kuch” Kucharczyk will always be Isaac Rochell’s biggest cheerleader.
After the Las Vegas Raiders defensive end announced his retirement from the NFL, Allison shared a heartfelt tribute to her husband’s legacy on and off the field.
“For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching you chase your dream, pouring your blood, sweat, and tears into this game,” Allison began her sweet Feb. 2 Instagram post, which features photos of the couple during Isaac’s football career. “I’ve seen the highs—the victories, the unforgettable moments, the hard earned celebrations. I’ve seen the lows—the injuries, the setbacks, the sacrifices that no one else sees. Through it all, you’ve carried yourself with strength and a work ethic that never wavered.”
The TikToker—who married Isaac in 2020 after five years of dating—also noted that while his seven seasons of professional football “brought them on this journey,” she was mostly proud of the man Isaac is at home.
“As this chapter closes, I know the best is yet to come—and I’m so excited for what’s next!!!! I am so unbelievably proud of you,” the 29-year-old wrote, before referring to Isaac’s notable time during his first NFL team, the Los Angeles Chargers, saying, “7th rounder gone 7 years in the NFL.”
Issac, also 29, echoed this sentiment in his Feb. 1 retirement, noting how special the number seven is to his career. He was signed with the Chargers after being chosen during the seventh round of the 2017 NFL draft, later leaving the team in 2020.
“I was a 7th-round pick who defied the odds, grinding my way through 7 seasons in the NFL with nothing but hard work and persistence,” he recalled of this time with the Chargers, Indianapolis Colts, Cleveland Browns and the Raiders. “While I’ll always love the game, it’s time to step into a new chapter—one where I take everything I’ve learned and apply it to what comes next.”
Isaac didn’t specify what his next steps are. But he and Allison, who are parents to 13-month old Scottie Bee, previously indicated they are embracing life as a family of three while also looking to add more players to their team.
“I think it's a fine line,” Allison told E! News in November. “Cherishing our daughter currently being the only child, but also being excited to grow our family and have huge family traditions and whatnot.”

Love Wins
Married since April 2021, Allison Kuch and NFL player Isaac Rochell have won over fans with their candid social media posts on and off the football field.
Dream Dates
When Allison and Issac are able to spend time together without any work commitments, there's one activity they both love doing. "I feel like a date on the beach, a little picnic," she told E! News in January 2023. "You bring your favorite snacks, your favorite takeout or Duffy boats! I just like a very organic date where we can talk."
Headed for Reality
When asked if she would ever consider participating in reality TV, Allison did have one idea: "I don't feel like I have that much drama in my life to maybe be on reality TV," she said. "However, if there happened to be a show with home renovations that also touched on family life, I'd be open to that."
Modern Woman
When Allison first met Isaac, she says she was very shy in new cities. "I waited for him to introduce me," she said. "And now at the end of year six, I'm reaching out to girls on Instagram. I'm putting myself out there. I need to just live in the moment and I feel like I didn't use to do that and I'm grateful that I do that now."
Sold!
"HOMEOWNERS," Allison shared on Instagram after finding a house in Orange County, Calif., with Isaac.
Game On
Before earning a spot on the Las Vegas Raiders as a defensive end, Issac played for the Los Angeles Charges, Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns.
Root Root for the Home Team
"Black is the new orange," Allison shared on Instagram while showcasing her love for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Cashing In
When it comes to relationships with professional athletes, Allison says the biggest misconception is mishandling money. "Extreme purchases, designer bags, private jets," she explained to E! News. "While some guys do that and some guys have the ability to do that, it's honestly not the normal. The normal is for guys to be very frugal."
Paradise
Work hard, play hard! The couple enjoyed a trip to The Royal Hawaiian in Waikiki, HI.
