Valentine’s Day is all about love, and for Giannina Gibelli and Blake Horstmann, it’s a chance to celebrate the little things that make their relationship special. As new parents to baby Heath, their idea of romance has shifted—self-care, quality time, and simply surviving the chaos together have become just as meaningful as grand gestures.

Their time in the reality TV spotlight—Giannina on Love Is Blind, Blake on The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise—has certainly played a role in shaping their perspective, but it’s far from the whole story. Parenthood, personal growth, and the everyday ups and downs of life together have all influenced how they prioritize their relationship.

Now, carving out moments for themselves is just as important as making time for each other. That shift has made them even more intentional about the little rituals that keep them feeling their best. Whether it's a go-to skincare product, a stress-relieving essential, or a simple everyday luxury, they’ve found that self-care plays a huge role in staying grounded.

In an exclusive E! interview, they’re sharing the products they swear by, the thoughtful ways they celebrate love, and how their experiences—on and off-screen—have helped them appreciate the moments that matter most.

E!:  Out of the two of you, who do you think is easier to shop for when it comes to gifts?
BH:  We're both honestly really hard to shop for. It might surprise some people, but I’m just a huge sentimental guy.  I don’t care if she got me a rock from the beach where we had a vacation—if she gives it to me as a gift, I’m like, "Oh my God, this is the best gift ever." So, I love giving sentimental gifts too.

GG: And I'm really expensive.
BH:  So, I need to find a happy medium.

E!: Do you have any great Valentine's Day gift ideas under $25?
GG: Get a pair of glasses—whether they’re wine or champagne glasses—and you can set them out whenever you want to have a special moment with your partner. It’s a little symbol, a signal that it’s time for a nice dinner or a drink, away from your phones. Just a way to make things feel intentional.

BH: When you have a toddler or a newborn, those moments are rare. When you set out those little glasses, it’s a reminder to take a break and focus on each other.

Hlukana 6 Pack Vintage Goblet Glasses

"I found some really cute vintage-style glasses on Amazon. They’re so adorable," Giannina says.

E!: Giannina, what about the gold goblet from Love Is Blind?
GG: Heath likes to play with cups, so I gave it to him.

Wotor Gold Wine Glasses Set of 4

"When we moved in together, I was like, 'You need to bring that out of storage—the original,'" Blake recalls.

E!: Share a great Valentine's Day gift for last-minute shoppers.
BH: We're in Denver, it’s a little chilly. We're big slipper people, so I feel like slippers would be a good one.

Oncai Mens Cozy Memory Foam Scuff Slippers

"Slippers are a good option—you wear those every day. Maybe some matching robes, too," Blake suggests.

Slip into cloud-like comfort with these ultra-soft, fuzzy slippers—perfect for cozy nights in or lazy mornings.

NY Threads Fleece Hooded Bathrobe

"Don’t wear anything underneath. Happy Valentine’s Day," Giannina suggests.

E!: Blake, are there any self-care products that Giannina has influenced you to use?
BH: I use everything. I'm one of those guys who is like, “Stop buying products. And then you'll see me in the corner, like, putting on another product.”

SmoothSkin Duolux Red Light Therapy LED Face Mask

"I use her LED mask. I love the SmoothSkin LED Mask. I use that a lot," Blake reveals.

GG: He’s obsessed.
BH: I never was before. I was a shampoo and face wash kind of guy. And, now I know the other side.

Kinship Mint Mud Deep Pore Detox Mask

"A couple that masks together stays together," Giannina advises.

GG: Anything he uses he steals from me. The only thing I might I actually steal from him is your self-tanner.
BH: I glisten. I’m a very white guy, so I use a lot of self-tanner.

The Crème Shop Rested Hydrogel Under Eye Patches for Dark Circles

"Now, I am always finding him with eye patches on sipping his morning coffee," Giannina shares.

GG: Anything he uses he steals from me. The only thing I might I actually steal from him is his self-tanner.
BH: I glisten. I’m a very white guy, so I use a lot of self-tanner.

Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam

"I use Bondi Sands for the body and Saltyface for the face," Blake says.

Saltyface Tanning Water

E!: Which piece from your Rellery jewelry collaboration have you been wearing the most?
GG: The ring. The pearl ring is my statement piece, and everything from that line was inspired by my mom’s vintage ring, which is from Venezuela. Unfortunately, that ring got stolen in Paris, so Rellery recreated it, and we based the whole collection around it.

Gibelli x Rellery Mother of Pearl Signet Ring

"I've literally never taken it off, like I have this crazy tan line from it. I'm from West Palm Beach, and pearls have always felt timeless to me," Giannina says.

GG: "I really wanted the collection to reflect me—versatile pieces that elevate your outfit without being too flashy or trendy. I feel like we did a beautiful job making something timeless but still a statement."

E!: Blake, as a DJ, what’s a great gift for someone who’s just as passionate about music as you are?
BH: Three years ago, Giannina got me a vinyl player. I love a good vinyl.

Honestly, I think the best gift would be an experience, like going to a concert. And I don’t mean an arena or a big concert—go to a small, intimate show. We love jazz shows, just going to a little jazz spot.

Cotsoco Vinyl Record Player Turntable With Built-in Bluetooth

"I love going out and shopping for records—the finds you can make are incredible," Blake says.

GG: We go to Red Rocks, and every time, it’s the most random, fantastic artists. We love to experience something together for the first time.

BH: You listen to this music for the first time, and who knows? In ten years, it could be your first dance song, or just something really meaningful. When we first started dating, we had those moments, and now, yeah—little wine, little dancing, all of it.

E!: Before you moved in together, you were long-distance for a bit. What’s a good gift for a couple in a long-distance relationship?
GG: I like the vibrating panty thing. You can get an app on your phone.

BH: I remember sending her Edible Arrangements. I love a good Edible Arrangement.

Edible Arrangements

"This was always a great gift I’d send her," Blake recalls.

E!: What's a good gift for someone who loves their pet as much as you two love your dog Georgia?
GG: Our dog is very ball-obsessed, so we actually got her one of those automatic ball throwers. After she stopped being scared of it, she fell in love with it. Now we don’t have to throw the ball every time.

"We can just let her play on her own," Blake says.

E!: Is there anything you think would make a nice Valentine's Day gift or an experience for a family with a new baby?
GG: We’re going to the Frost Museum in Miami. We’re also taking him on a cruise.
BH: He had his 25th flight yesterday, so the man has been around. He’s well-traveled. We're big experience people. Otherwise, he may just play with boxes, but making experiences and making memories is what we try to do and what we really take pride in.

GG: We do things just to see his experience, then we bond over it. We just look at each other, like, "Is this really our life right now?" And that moment is so special because it’s when you truly realize you’re a family.
BH: Watching the world through a child's eyes is just incredible. We really enjoy that. We just watch him experience something, and we’re like, "Oh, look, he’s enjoying this." And then we’re happy to stay there for hours.

E!: Do you have any Valentine's Day traditions or any favorite parts that you look forward to every year?
GG: I get up and make breakfast in bed for him. I also make the best chocolate chip cookies, or what I like to call my "love me" cookies. I make those in secret because he’s always like "Stop making cookies."
BH:  I’ll eat them all, all in one sitting. So, I’m always like “Stop baking.”

GG: I make a little baked good, but my favorite part is when I get to fall into bed with him, bring my little breakfast in bed, and say, "Happy Valentine's Day." Then, he plans the main event.
BH: I'm a little bit better at planning long-term.
GG: Really, our tradition is that everything is done last minute.

E!: Is there anything you learned from your reality TV experiences that has influenced how you approach planning a date today?
BH: I actually didn't watch much of the show before I went on it, so I didn’t know about all these extravagant dates. I remember feeling overwhelmed—suddenly there’s a hot tub in the middle of the desert. We went and prayed in a temple and hiked a mountain in Thailand. I realized you don’t necessarily need all that fancy stuff.

And now, G loves all of the fancy stuff, but look at what happened. I had these incredible experiences, and it didn’t work out.
GG: Because you were with 15 other men.

BH: We travel the world and do fun things, but when we’re together in bed—reading, eating ice cream, binging a show—that’s our favorite place. It’s simple, and I’ve realized that’s all I need.

GG: Being on those shows taught me that those dates are attainable and experiences can be gifts. I gave him snowmobiling as a gift one year, and he took us to these beautiful hot springs in Colorado—no internet, just us in the mountains.

E!: Typically, The Bachelor has a lot of travel while each Love Is Blind season focuses on singles from the same geographic area. You two experienced such different concepts.
GG: The show taught me you can create great dates while still staying local. If there's something you want to do, it's accessible, even if it's on a smaller scale.  We got a private chef. Or you can book a helicopter ride.
BH: Love Is Blind is more realistic. With The Bachelor, someone you're dating probably lives across the country.
GG: Yeah, falling in love with someone from behind a wall that you’ve never seen before is very realistic.
BH: Touché.
