Justin Bieber didn't take a swing at attending the 2025 Met Gala.
While his wife Hailey Bieber walked the Metropolitan Museum of Art's red carpet in New York City for the fashion event, the Grammy winner spent quality time with his friends at the golf course. (To see more stars who showed out for the 2025 Met Gala, click here.)
In a photo shared to his Instagram Stories May 5, Justin—rocking a white tank top and matching flowy pants—stood on a vibrant green golf course, preparing to take his shot. After his putt landed the ball just outside of the hole, he lifted his hand in frustration.
And that's not the only activity Justin—who shares son Jack Blues Bieber, 8 months, with Hailey—got up to while his partner of six years turned heads at the annual fundraiser, which boasted the theme "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style."
The 31-year-old also shared several snaps of him going over some samples for his new fashion brand, Skylrk, which he announced last month. In one pic, Justin sat in a chair typing away on his phone with four different pairs of platform slides laid out in front of him. And in a separate Instagram Story showing a close-up of the footwear, he wrote, "Get excited fooliessssss."
But while Justin opted out of going glam for this year's Met Gala, plenty of other celebs did step out for the occasion, including Anna Wintour, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Zendaya, Colman Domingo, Emma Chamberlain and more.
And as for Hailey, she stunned on the red carpet in a Saint Laurent black oversized tuxedo mini dress, tights and sky-high platform heels. Topping off her ensemble, she opted to wear her hair in loose, natural waves.
Of course, Justin is no stranger to putting his fashion foot forward. In 2021, the "Baby" singer kept it chic but simple in an oversized black-and-white suit while attending the "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion"-themed affair alongside Hailey, who matched in a stunning black Saint Laurent gown.
The pair's show-stopping date night marked a rare moment where the couple coordinated their ensembles—a styling technique that Hailey said they don't usually stress over.
“He may want to wear baggy sweats to dinner, and I might want to wear a tiny little dress just because that’s how I’m feeling," Hailey told GQ in 2023. "We can’t sit there and be like, ‘So I’m going to wear this and you’re going to wear this.’”
