Sophia Hutchins’ Cause of Death Revealed

The Pepperdine University graduate’s body has since been laid to rest, per documents obtained by TMZ, at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Culver City, California.

For her part, Caitlyn—who recently made a rare appearance to support her and Linda Thompson’s son Brody Jenner on his wedding day—expressed to the Daily Mail that she’s been navigating “tough times” since losing one of her closest friends.

After all, her bond with the late Olympian began a decade ago when they were introduced by a makeup artist.

"Having a similar sense of humor, we spent the entire time laughing and ended up meeting for brunch," Sophia told The New York Times of their relationship in 2019. "We've been great friends ever since."

And before long, the pair’s bond extended into their professional lives.

"I saw nobody was managing her, and there were all these people taking massive advantage," she continued. "I was saying, 'Caitlyn, if I don't step in here and start managing you, you're going to go broke.'"

From then on, the reality star described Sophia as nothing less than her “best friend, family and confidant.”

"She is one of the top minds in her field," the 75-year-old gushed to the outlet. "Her value in my life is undeniable. The sky is the limit with her entrepreneurial spirit."
