Aaden Gosselin is looking back at his childhood TV moments.
Over 10 years after Jon & Kate Plus 8 and its spinoff Kate Plus 8 ended, Aaden, now 21, reflected on his favorite part of the series in a recent live video alongside mom Kate Gosselin.
As he said in an Aug. 15 TikTok Live video, “Probably anytime we went to Wyoming.”
And Kate—also mom to Aaden’s siblings Mady Gosselin and Cara Gosselin, 24, as well as Alexis Gosselin, Joel Gosselin, Hannah Gosselin, Collin Gosselin and Leah Gosselin, 21 with ex Jon Gosselin—concurred.
“Oh yeah,” she agreed. “I was talking about it earlier how they sold the ranch in Wyoming—so sad.”
The Gosselins went to Wyoming twice during their four-year stint on television, once in 2009 when Kate took a solo trip with her sons to a dude ranch amid her divorce with Jon—who stayed home with their girls. Two years later, Kate and kids took an RV trip to Jackson Hole while filming their spinoff series.
But while Aaden looks back at parts of filming fondly, his estranged brother Collin recently spoke out about the negative ramifications he believes the show had on him.
“Born to be a team, us against the world,” Collin wrote in an Aug. 8 TikTok alongside a photo of himself and his siblings, before it switched to a selfie alongside the text: “Forced to do it alone, and wonder everyday what our lives could’ve looked like.”
In the caption of the post Collin—who is only on speaking terms with sister Hannah and dad Jon—added, “All the fame and money in the world, but what about kids being kids?”
Collin isn’t the only Gosselin child to slam the ramifications of life in the spotlight. In 2023, Mady called out fans who continue to speculate on the family’s current behind-the-scenes dynamic.
“We are real people living real lives, not just characters on your TV, which means there is SO much you will never know about our lives,” Mady wrote in an Instagram Story at the time. “There's no need to 'take sides,' Please just be kind.”
