Watch: How Meghan Markle & Prince Harry’s Kids Are Helping to Prepare for Thanksgiving

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are building royally sweet holiday memories with their kids.

The Duchess of Sussex shared that ahead of Thanksgiving, the couple can be found harvesting herbs in their Montecito, Calif., backyard alongside children Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4, in preparation for the most festive months of the year.

"When it comes to our founder’s favorites, the delicate, herbaceous flavor of sage ranks high on the list," read the Nov. 18 newsletter from Meghan's lifestyle company, As ever, per People. "Why, you ask? Well, those photos you’ve seen this year on our Instagram of Meghan walking through what seems like lavender, with its gorgeous purple hue, actually share the beauty of flowering sage (Fun fact: the varietal is called Santa Barbara)."

But it’s the memories that Meghan, 44, gets to share with her family—including their two pups—that make her company’s festive product, Sage Honey with Honeycomb, so special.

"Those strolls, with Archie and Lili running in tow, her husband checking on the bees, Pula chasing the ball with Mia trying to keep up — those were the sun-drenched moments that made an everyday walk something a bit more magical,” the newsletter continued. “And that sage, that purple, that scent around the garden, was always there in the background.”

This certainly isn’t the first time that the With Love, Meghan star gave fans a glimpse into her outdoor adventures with her children. For International Day of the Girl, Meghan shared a clip to Instagram where Lilibet could be seen excitedly trotting across a sprawling lawn, while the second picture in the carousel featured the mother-daughter duo holding hands as the Suits alum looked at her lovingly.

“To all the girls - this world is yours,” she captioned the Oct. 11 post. “Do everything you can to protect your rights, use your voice, support each other. We will do the same for you. It’s your right and our responsibility. Go get ‘em girl! Happy International Day of the Girl.”

It’s no secret that the mom-of-two is an advocate for putting down the devices and getting outside. And she’s been candid about the reservations she has for when her children reach an appropriate age for social media use.

"Our children, Archie and Lili, are just 6 and 4 years old," Meghan told the crowd while accepting the Humanitarians of the Year award at Project Healthy Minds' 2025 World Mental Health Day Gala Oct. 9. " Can you believe it? Luckily, still too young for social media."

"But we know that day is coming,” she added. “And like so many parents, we think constantly about how to embrace technologies benefits while safeguarding against its dangers. And that hopeful intention of separation is rapidly becoming impossible."

Both Harry and Meghan were honored as co-founders of their Archewell Foundation at the gala, which started its own parents' support network to assist families impacted by social media. Indeed, Meghan—who is a longtime advocate for mental health resources and anti-bullying—made it clear that a safer online world is possible.

"We've seen it happen and we're watching it grow," she said. "And with your support, we'll continue building a safer digital world for all of our children. So, on behalf of my husband and I, thank you so much for being here tonight. Thank you all of you for your support and thank you for standing with us as we continue this vital work."
