Steve Martin felt only love in Selena Gomez’s romantic venue.
Nearly two months after his Only Murders in the Building costar tied the knot with Benny Blanco in California, he reminisced on his favorite details from the intimate ceremony.
“It was a beautiful, beautiful wedding,” Steve, 80, told Entertainment Tonight in a Nov. 19 interview. “She married a very lucky guy, but also a very talented and funny guy.”
As for the “highlight” of the wedding? The All of Me actor said, “Just being there.”
Steve wasn’t the only OMITB castmate that witnessed the couple—who got engaged last December after nearly two years of dating—exchange their vows in September. Indeed, Selena’s costars Martin Short, Paul Rudd, Ashley Park, and Cara Delevingne were also in attendance. Meanwhile, her other guests included her Wizards of Waverly Place family David Henrie and Jennifer Stone, Taylor Swift, SZA, and more.
Shortly after the wedding, Selena, 33, shared a behind the scenes look into her special day, including her twirling in her tea-length, off-the-shoulder white Ralph Lauren dress.
“From writing my vows,” she captioned the Oct. 3 Instagram carousel, “to leaving my wedding a little earlier than most.”
In the post, the Rare singer showed her writing her special vows and wearing her veil. And after she and Benny, 37, walked down the aisle, the duo basked in their love by spending time at the beach.
The producer—who worked on Selena’s 2015 album Revival—also reminisced on his favorite moments from the wedding in his own Instagram post, sharing a photo of them dancing together at their reception.
And true to their sweet chemistry, Benny vowed in the caption: “Promise to love you forever.”
And while it’s been a few months since they enjoyed their fairytale wedding, Selena is still on a high.
“It has been a dream so far,” she told Zane Lowe during an interview with Apple Music on Nov. 13. “I know it will come with ebbs and flows, but it’s the most beautiful person that I can do that with.”
