Josie Bates has a lot to celebrate.
The Bringing Up Bates star and husband Kelton Balka recently welcomed their fourth baby. Josie, 26, made the announcement of her child’s arrival with a series of sweet pics.
In a Dec. 9 Instagram post,the former reality TV star shared a carousel of pictures from her baby’s first moments. Alongside the photos, which include a shot of Josie and Kelton snuggled close to their latest addition, she wrote, “Our sweet baby is here.”
Josie also offered a closer look at their newborn with a few solo shots including intimate moments such as her and Kelton holding hands while their baby sleeps.
And the couple were showered with sweet messages from family and friends, with her sister Carlin Bates commenting, "Sooo perfect."
Fans also pointed out how their baby resembles their other children Willow, 6, Hazel, 4, and Miles, 21 months, writing, “looking exactly like your other three - wow :) welcome to the world precious one! im voting boy.” With another adding, “Looks like your other kiddos! So happy for your family.”
In a follow-up video, Josie revealed that her fourth baby is indeed a boy, after she and Kelton—who she married in 2018—waited to find out the sex.
“WELCOME TO THE WORLD,” she wrote alongside the emotional video of her son’s first moments. “After 9 months of waiting and dreaming of who this sweet baby would be, our hearts are completely overflowing with love.”
