The former Teen Mom 2 star married him in 2017 and the two were involved in a major controversy earlier this year; he killed her dog Nugget because felt the pet threatened their daughter.
Police had said on Thursday that she had "stated that the reason she filed the animal cruelty report was for the publicity and because she did not know where her dog was."
Police have now closed their investigation into the incident, which cost the reality star her role on Teen Mom 2 and spurred her and her husband to temporarily lose custody of their children.
