Michelle was in an awful car accident many years ago and had to undergo six surgeries because her nose completely collapsed. Despite all those surgeries, Michelle was not happy with how her nose looks and felt like Michael Jackson! But, it looks like the seventh time's the charm!
30 Year-Old Implants
Self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel" Janice Dickinson made an appearance on Botched because she was extremely depressed about her breasts. First of all, the implants were thirty-years-old which made her breasts ripple and fill with masses. But once Dr. Terry Dubrow worked his plastic surgery magic, Janice was happier than ever with the result.
Crooked Nose
Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow examined Paul's nose because he generally was only able to breath out of one nostril due to previous, terrible nose jobs. They discovered that his septum was completely in his left nostril! The doctors gave Paul his life back when they reconstructed his nose.
Transgender Pornstar With Vaginal Concerns
By the age of 23, transgender porn star Kimber James had 24 plastic surgeries including brow lifts, an upper lip lift, jaw reduction, neck lipo, five breast surgeries and many, many other procedures. Kimber was unhappy with her nose, breasts and vagina. Dr. Nassif made Kimber's nose look more natural by making her nostrils lower. Dr. Dubrow removed her saline implants and replaced them with silicone. And last but certainly not least, special guest Dr. Alter reconstructed her vagina to make it look and feel more natural. Metal Wire in Deviated Septum
Jennifer was teased all through her adolescence about her nose. When she met with the doctors she had already completed two nose jobs, but still felt depressed with the results. Also, despite past surgeries, her septum was still deviated and she had a medal wire inside her nose. Dr. Nassif used cartilage from her ear and skin from her scalp to straighten her septum and Jenn was overjoyed and emotional with the fantastic results.
