Season 6, Episode 12: 2009 (2015)
— The show flashes back to 2009 to show more backstory than we ever got. Rachel's eyebrows are bushy, Mercedes' hair is awesome and we're crying all the tears over Finn again.
— We learn that Kurt and Blaine almost crossed paths at the Lima Bean a year before they met.
— The glee club held a meeting to vote on whether Finn stays in the club. The outcome of that vote may not have been a surprise, but watching Rachel, Finn, Mercedes, Artie, and Tina make the decision was a beautiful moment.
— We then watched the original footage of the New Directions performing "Don't Stop Believin'" and it was almost too much for our hearts to handle.

Season 6, Episode 13: Dreams Come True (2015)
— New Directions win Nationals in 2015, and Will is made principal of the brand new McKinley High, which is now a performing arts school.
— Sam is made the coach of the new New Directions.
The episode flash-forwards to 2020, where everyone has gathered to watch the Tony Awards.
— Sue becomes the Vice President to President Jeb Bush in 2016 and 2020, and we sort of hope Glee is not great at predicting the future.
— Kurt and Blaine have become a famous celebrity couple. Rachel is the surrogate mother for their unborn child.
— Rachel wins a Best Actress Tony for her performance in "Jane Austen Sings," and is married to Jesse St. James.
— Tina and Artie are together and making movies.
— After opening for Beyonce's world tour, Mercedes is a rich and famous singer obviously.
— Will and Emma have at least one more kid, and Will and Sue watch the Tonys together.
— Back at McKinley, Sue rededicates the theater as the Finn Hudson Auditorium, and all of the New Directions ever (including Matt!) perform for the last time.
— We don't find out what happens to Quinn, Puck, Kitty, Mike, Brittana, or anyone else during this otherwise perfect finale. Someone should be punished severely for this with many slushies to the face.
