After months of rumors swirling that Bullock had found herself a new beau—including a date night at Craig's in late August 2015—the Oscar winner's boyfriend was spotted by paparazzi standing shirtless outside of his apartment on Sept. 1. According to reports, the 49-year-old hunk Oregon native worked as a photographer and high-fashion model in Los Angeles. Like the actress, he also is a parent to one college-aged daughter.
Warm Embrace
E! News obtained exclusive photos of the private couple hugging while out and about in Los Angeles. While they weren't shy about showing each other some friendly affection, they avoided kissing in front of the paparazzi. As fall approached, a source told E! News it was "very obvious to their close friends and family" that they are "in love."
Double Date
As their romance progressed, the couple stepped out for a double date night in September 2015 with celebrity pals Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston at Bullock's Texas restaurant, Bess Bistro.
Say Cheese!
The pair couldn't contain themselves as they chuckled out on the streets of Los Angeles on Oct 1, 2015. A source revealed to E! News at the time that they had already taken a major step in their relationship. "Sandra and Bryan are getting serious and spending a good amount of time together," the insider said. "Sandra has met Bryan's daughter and family and loves everything about them."
Lean on Me
By mid-October, the pair had visibly taken a liking to dining out, enjoying each other's company for a date night at Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks, Calif. They even caught up with yet another famous friend, Sia.
Red Carpet Ready
Bullock and Randall held hands on their way out of the star-studded premiere for the actress' latest film, Our Brand Is Crisis, on Oct. 26, 2015. It was the first time the Oscar winner had ever taken her dark-haired beau to a work event.
Date Night
The duo took to West Village's Waverly Inn for date night in late October 2015. When asked by Today host Hota Kotb about how things are going with her new man, Bullock blushes. "I don't know what you're talking about! What're you talking about?!" she replies coyly.
Hand in Hand
By November 2015, the star and her leading man were walking hand in hand out in public. Just a month later, Bullock announced that she had adopted a 3-year-old daughter named Laila. An insider told E! News Randall had little trouble fitting in with his girlfriend and her two children. "Bryan treats Sandra's children like his own," the source said. "He really is a great father figure."
Welcome Home
As Valentine's Day 2016 came and went, E! News confirmed that the professional photographer had officially moved in with his celebrity girlfriend. "He still has his home as well, but lives with Sandra full time," our insider confirmed. "They have been spending most of their time together." A few days later, the pair enjoyed a weekend getaway together to Texas. "They love taking little trips like this," a source told E! News.
Wedding Bells?
By October 2016, the Bullock and Randall were still very much in love and were considering the next step as a couple. "Sandra and Bryan [can] see spending their lives together, but haven't spoken about marriage to anyone yet," an insider revealed.
