Wendi McLendon Covey - The Goldbergs

S1E6, "Who Are You Going to Telephone?"

"My Character Beverly Goldberg goes undercover to a high school Halloween house party dressed as a ghost to help her unsuspecting son have a conversation with a girl he likes. The results were cringeworthy, which is my favorite thing to play!"

S2E1, "Love Is a Mixtape"

"Beverly thinks her youngest son Adam has made her a mixed tape, but it's actually for his girlfriend Dana. Adam finds himself stuck between an angry mom and an angry girlfriend, each one demanding to know which one 'You're the Inspiration' was dedicated to. Bev makes the whole thing better by commandeering a laser show at the laserium."

S5E19, "Flashy Little Flashdancer"

"After everything Beverly has done for her family, they all act like jerks when she invites them to her dance recital at the JCC."

Jake Borelli - Grey's Anatomy

S2E6, "Into You Like a Train" - "This is my favorite Grey's Anatomy episode. It remains a Grey's classic with a huge train crash, an intense patient storyline that is heartwarming, terrifying, brutally sad, and surprisingly hilarious. Also, it puts our doctors in the incredibly difficult position of having to decide which two patients to save as they are literally skewered together with one of the train's shattered support poles. What makes the episode even better is that it was written in Season 2 by our amazing current Showrunner Krista Vernoff. She received her first Emmy nomination for writing this episode."

S15E8, "Blowin' In the Wind" - "This episode remains the closest to my heart. In the midst of a massive wind storm taking over Seattle, we follow my character Dr. Levi Schmitt as he rescues the man of his dreams and works up the courage to fully come out of the closet. We get a classic Grey's monologue where Levi bares his heart and shows us how coming into his own, despite it being terrifying, is not about shame to him, but about pride, love and hope. This episode marks the historic beginning of Grey's Anatomy's first gay male relationship between doctors, and also gives us its first steamy gay sex scene. It just so happens to go down in an ambulance! Fitting. Written by Meg Marinis and Directed by Kevin McKidd."

S14E7, "Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story" - "This episode is a perfect marriage between classic Grey's and the current Grey's we all love. It was written as a love letter to our longtime fans and marked our 300th episode! It follows all of our doctors, from the new class of interns to the original interns who are now running the hospital, as they treat a group of patients after a roller coaster accident. The kicker is, the patients happen to look exactly like OG characters George, Izzy, and Cristina. This episode is fun, nostalgic, and takes us on a wonderful ride through all the Grey-Sloan stories we've loved over the past 16 years. Written by Krista Vernoff and Directed by Debbie Allen."

Amirah Vann - How to Get Away with Murder

S4E3 because it was my first episode with my new HTGAWM family. This episode was so much fun! I was beyond grateful to work with the extraordinary cast who are now beloved friends. Aja and I had most of our scenes together and she was so welcoming and supportive. I will always be grateful to my sis for that. And Tegan Price oh how I love her. Honestly though, she's powerful, fun, brilliant, sensitive, sexy with an extraordinary wardrobe. My karma must be great!"

S5E6 when Oliver tells his mother that he is HIV positive. This scene blew me away with its exceptional acting, representation, and story line. It is why the show grabbed my heart in the first place. Huge thank you to Pete Nowalk, casting directors Linda Lowy & John Brace, and ABC for acting on the importance of representation. It matters so very much and delivers innovation, authenticity and truth. And truth reaching humans all over our world educates, heals, and births familiarity which, in this case, breeds love. Bravo!"

S6E5 we finally let the world into Tegan's heart. At that point, I had built a beautiful relationship with our cast, creators, crew and our amazing fans. To be able to peel away the powerful exterior to reveal a more vulnerable side was great. It was an extraordinary opportunity to play Tegan Price and I am eternally grateful. After filming the scene where I break down, Bill, a member of our crew, reached down to help me stand up with a warm affirming smile. We are family. I will miss everyone deeply."

Available on Netflix, Hulu, and ABC

Jonny Beauchamp - Katy Keene

S1E6, "Mama Said" - "I'd love to rewatch Chapter 6 'Mama Said.' It reminded me of my Mom and her always being so supportive in my dreams. And I mean..SHANGELA!!! "

Currently airing on The CW.

Julia Chan - Katy Keene

S1E7, "Kiss of the Spider-Woman" - "I'm so utterly fond of this show it's hard to pick just one, but I vote for episode 7, "Kiss of the Spider-Woman," which is our musical episode. It was such a gratifying challenge to make this because of all the rehearsal and recording we had to do for the musical numbers. I love that it brings this epic, somewhat lesser known musical to the fore. The episode also has some darkness to it, too, which I welcome!"

Bernadette Peters - Katy Keene and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist

Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, S1 - "Zoey's Extraordinary Play List on NBC-TV is an amazing show. Jane Levy who plays Zoey is a young and wonderfully talented actress. Zoey hears people's thoughts but they come out in songs. Songs she doesn't even know, so she explains them to her friend Mo who knows the songs. Mo deciphers what they might mean and why Zooey is hearing them. It's a very original and also a very touching show and I look forward to Sunday nights when I can get to watch it. I appear in an upcoming episode and very proud to be on the show." (NBC)

Katy Keene, S1E3 and S1E8 - "I also appear on Katy Keene on the CW Network. It's based on Katy Keene the Fashion Queen Comic Books—that I actually remember reading as a young girl riding on the subway going home to Queens from Manhattan. The show has a fabulous look and lots of young wonderful talent who also sing." (The CW)

"I'm also looking forward to the new season of Ricky Gervais .....After Life on Netflix. I loved last season. It's funny and it goes far but also very touching. You can now watch season 1 until the new season begins. Happy Watching. Oh and don't forget about Killing Eve."

Jenny Boyd - Legacies

Boyd chooses S2E10, "This Is Why We Dn't Entrust Plans to Muppet Babies" as the best episode to re-watch. She's a sucker for an underdog story, and it has some really fun moments with a monster that turns everyone against each other.

Kaylee Bryant - Legacies

S2E12, "Kai Parker Screwed Us" - "If I could recommend the fans of Legacies one episode from season two I think I would recommend episode 12. It's such a fun stand alone episode that I think anyone can enjoy whether you have seen the entire season or not. Plus, my favorite character Kai Parker is in it so of course I love it."

Caity Lotz - DC's Legends of Tomorrow

S4E8, "Legends of To-Meow-Meow" - Are you starting to go stir-crazy in quarantine? Losing your mind a bit?  Then now is the perfect time to watch, "Legends of Tomorrow". We will match your bonkers and raise you 20. I suggest Season 4 episode 8 "Legends of To-meow-meow". This is a classic Legends episode: cat's as characters, evil Charlie's Angels, singing puppets, and Brandon Routh and Nick Zano in tank tops."

S5E7, "Mr. Parker's Cul-de-Sac" captures everything that makes our show...our show. It is hilarious, fun, absurd, and heartbreaking. Very complicated storytelling done in an effortless style, which is a testament to our producers, writers, and director. I give four stars to this episode. A+. Rotten Tomatoes. Elite Yelp Review...or whichever scale you use for quality."

Chris Lloyd (EP) - Modern Family

"One of my favorites is 'Las Vegas' (S5E18). I think one of our better episodes that doesn't always make it on people's lists is called 'The Alliance' (S8E8). I think that's a really funny one."

Rita Moreno - One Day at a Time

S1E3, "No Mass" - "The first, "No Mass," was a revelation to me. The very idea that in our 3rd episode we could take on the question of the existence of God stunned and impressed me… and that we could also be funny was proof of the genius in the writing."

S2E13, "Not Yet" - This finale episode was brilliantly conceived. Lydia's stroke and subsequent coma gave the writers the opportunity to treat the family characters in depth. It was so original and fresh!"

S4E3, "Boundaries" - "Takes on a virgin topic, a taboo you could say:  self pleasure!!  The writers dared and achieved two things at once: the very naturalness of the subject and our horror at is existence.  Absolutely hilarious!"

Justina Machado - One Day at a Time

S1E4, "A Snowman's Tale" - "I loved that the episode was like one big monologue for Penelope. It was all about the fears and excitement about getting out there to start dating."

S2E13, "Not Yet" -  "It was an amazing experience to film and an overall beautiful piece of work. Everything from the writing, to the acting and directing—it's a must-watch!"

S3E1, "The Funeral" - "The season premiere featured Gloria Estefan, Liz Torres and Melissa Fumero. Just having these brilliant artists on-set and as a part of the episode is the reason to watch."

Lon Zimmet (EP) - Outmatched

S1E3, "Grandparents" - "Tony Danza and Caroline Aaron guest star as Mike's parents. They were so much fun to have on set and the cast had a blast with them. One of our best episodes. It felt like a throwback to the classic 80's comfort-food sitcom."

S1E8, "Couples' Friends" - "Allyson Hannigan and Eddie Kay Thomas guest-starred for an American Pie reunion with Jason Biggs. They had so much fun riffing and being on set together again and it showed on screen. This might have been our funniest episode."

S1E5, "Dating" - "This one is my favorite. It's a classic story every parent can relate to about parents concerned about their kids' dating... with our own twist. We learn more about Kay's history and Maggie Lawson is so funny in it, especially in a scene with an ex-flame. Also a great showcase episode for Finesse Mitchell."

Maggie Lawson - Outmatched

S1E2, "The Talk" - "This will always be close to my heart because it was our first episode back after the pilot and it was an absolute love fest. It was also when we met Finesse Mitchell! The episode was so funny- it had us in tears all week and I felt like it was setting the perfect tone for the show going forward... And established all of the relationships so well. I loved this one so much. I felt like we really started to define Marc's "weirdness" in this episode too and it was fun to follow that throughout the series."

S1E3, "Grandparents" - "This episode was so special. Start to finish. I mean—Tony Danza and Caroline Aaron!! Tony was so kind and gracious and helpful and patient with the kids. It was so fun to watch. He tap danced with Ashley, taught Oakley how to throw a perfect stunt punch, and told so many stories. They were both so fun to have around and we all felt like a real family. Everyone felt the love and I hope we see more of them is the series continues. We have to. I really loved the scene with Jason and Tony in the car at the end. Also I think "and a little vodka" is my favorite line of the series. And that scene on the couch with Caroline where we have it out was one of my faves.  Ashley turning into a jersey girl was also top notch fun. She really nailed it.

S1E10, "Royal Rumble" - "This was our finale. We were all pretty emotional during this week, especially the kids. Witnessing their bond and the way all looked out for each other during this time was one of the sweetest things I've ever seen. Plus- Jason in wrestling gear? YES YES YES! We were all surprised at the reveal with Leila at the end so that was fun to uncover and also a great lead in for a season two! wink wink! I also thought the story line with Rita and Irwin having to be our  kids guardians if something happened to us was so sweet and next level funny. We had a ball this week. Oakley was hysterical. FUN FACT - Jack, Ashley and Connor were actually having a party during the party scene in the driveway... And Jack made a love connection."

SPECIAL SHOUT OUT:

S1E5, "Dating" - "This episode is so close to my heart! Bonding with Nicole over boys, And Mike with the whole art gallery bit with the boys was sp fun for us. The guest cast this week was FANTASTIC. And I think Finesse's monologue on the couch with Mike was one of the best things I have ever seen on TV. I felt like this episode had some emotional moments that grounded our characters a lot... I laughed every time Connor tried to be tough in front of Ashley's date."

Tom Payne - Prodigal Son

S1E1, "Pilot" - "Because this is the introduction to the world and the characters of Prodigal Son, and making it was such a wonderful whirlwind experience."

S1E13, "Wait and Hope" - "The Super Bowl episode where we crammed as much crazy stuff in as possible! I also got to reunite with our delightful guest star Michael Siberry who I worked with way back in 2005 in my first West End play in London."

You can catch up on all of Prodigal Son season one - available on FOX.com, Hulu and on-demand - before the penultimate and finale episodes air on Mon. April 20th and Mon. April 27th respectively.

Amy Holden Jones (EP) - The Resident

S1E14, "Total Eclipse of the Heart" is our season one finale and one of our top rated episodes. It won't disappoint, even if you've never seen the show before. The Resident's main couples all have crucial stories, there's a fantastic surgery with personal stakes, and a huge thriller twist. Some hearts are broken and others mended again."

S2E20, "If Not Now, When?" contains one of most compelling patients, and it's inspired by a true story.  Our cast and crew loved the script, and they delivered on the highest level.  The episode won a Sentinel Award for exemplary achievement in television storylines.  Bring a big box of Kleenex to this viewing."

S3E13, 'How Conrad Got His Groove Back" - "This episode has our hero Conrad Hawkins at its center and showcases his close relationship with all his fellow doctors at Chastain.  It's triumphant, upbeat, and great fun, but also has a beautiful and heartrending resolution to the story of Nic's relationship with her troubled father."

Manish Dayal - The Resident

S2E20, "If Not Now, When?" is my one of my favorite episodes of The Resident because it unapologetically tackles issues of racial bias in maternal mortality. The episode addresses maternal mortality in the U.S., but particularly black mothers who are more likely to die from childbirth than white mothers. It's a brave episode that resonated deeply with audiences. It's inspired by the true story of Kira Dixon Johnson. We hope it can inspire hospitals to improve protocol and repair racial disparity."

S1E5, "None the Wiser" was an episode I think incapsulates the shows energy and speed. Three concurrent surgeries are happening at Chastain and everyone is pushed to their limit. You see each character work together and struggle with the grave realities in front of them. I loved watching Dr. Bell and Mina get thrown into the ring. I think this episode gave life and identity to Chastain's OR. The story and script was also non-linear - a storytelling tool I really, really, dig."

S2E8, "Heart in a Box" is when Devon has the worst day ever in the ER. He goes through the wringer while also experiencing turmoil in his personal life. Oh! and he gets punched in the face by a meth-head. All the characters go on a journey in this one. We learn a lot about each other. This episode was directed by the brilliant OG James Whitmore Jr. It's hard not to be fixated on his episodes. He likes to shoot ONE-ERS — which is a single shot of an entire scene. In this episode, you also get to see how crazy Chastain's ER can get. It's another example of the mayhem that occurs in ERs every day. Doctors and nurses face that kind of adversity all day. Check this one out!"

Shaunette Renee Wilson - The Resident

S3E12, "Best Laid Plans" - "This episode showcases a great display of sisterhood and the bond between women. It's always a joy working alongside Emily and I think our characters have one of the more unique relationships in the show. We have a shared tragedy (losing a sister) but our friendship has breath and life beyond that. I also shadowed the director, Satya Bhabha, this episode and it was great to watch the production on both sides of the camera!"

Casey Cott - Riverdale

S1E1, "The River's Edge" - "I watch a few times every year...I think the introduction of each character combined with the insanity of the small town that is Riverdale explodes onto screen from the first shot! Also Lee Krieger (director) shot this episode so beautifully kicking us off in the most perfect way."

S3E4, "The Midnight Club" - "This flashback episode where we all played our parents was a blast to shoot and is such a joy to watch. I'm not sure if I'll ever act "cosplaying as a gnome while tripping on jingle jangle while also playing my father" ever again."

And of course, the most recent musical episode (S4E17)!

Madchen Amick - Riverdale

S1E1 - "My Riverdale re-watch recommendation would be the pilot episode, 'Chapter One: The River's Edge.'  The way we were introduced to the characters and lured into the murder mystery was magical. Our director Lee Toland Krieger did a fantastic job kicking off our soon to be award-winning show."

Amick is directing season 4, episode 19, so you should plan to watch that too!
