DaBaby & Marilyn Manson Appear Alongside Kanye West
In a controversial move, Kanye West brought out DaBaby and Marilyn Manson during the event. As for the reason behind the appearance, a spokesperson for Marilyn tells E! News, "Marilyn Manson's voice is featured on DONDA, and he will continue to conceptually collaborate with Ye on the DONDA project."
Marilyn's appearance at the event comes two months after he was sued for alleged rape and sexual abuse by a former partner. He has since denied the allegations. Meanwhile, DaBaby came under fire in July after making homophobic remarks during his performance at Rolling Loud. In early August, he apologized to the LGBTQ+ community for his "hurtful and triggering comments."
