Feuding Frenemies, Season Two

Christina Aguilera was reunited with her childhood Mickey Mouse Club costar Tony Lucca in season two when he auditioned during the blind auditions, eventually earning a spot on Team Adam. The two would clash the entire season, with the songstress calling her old pal "one-dimensional" and criticizing his popularity. "Obviously, we get a lot of support," she said. "You've got me and your old Mouseketeer buddies behind you. And Justin [Timberlake] in particular. I hope this is really a contest about the voice. I think there are just better voices on the show, rather than a celebrity sway kind of thing."
