Nick Cannon and Brittany Bell's "Advanced" Son Golden Is Starting 4th Grade at 7 Years Old 

Nick Cannon's 7-year-old son Golden Sagon skipped two grades, with the child's mom Brittany Bell saying that the young boy's "emotional intelligence matches his cognitive intellect."

Nick Cannon has a golden child on his hands.

After all, his 7-year-old son Golden Sagon has already skipped two grades in school and is now starting the fourth grade, which is typically meant for 9 and 10 year olds.

"My bright babies!!" mom Brittany Bell captioned photos the fourth grader with his siblings Powerful Queen, 3, and Rise Messiah, 23 months, all of whom she shares with the Masked Singer host. "Golden is 7 in 4th grade (yes he’s advanced and yes his emotional intelligence matches his cognitive intellect)."

In fact, Brittany noted that Golden "was elected as his class representative" last year after running a successful third grade campaign.

As for his little sister, who recently began pre-kindergarten, Brittany said she's "quite popular" as well.

"Weee so proud!!" the former pageant queen added. "They are doing well- can’t wait for this year and what they will do!"

Indeed, Golden—who initially skipped kindergarten and pre-K, entering the first grade at just 5 years old—is growing up to be quite the ambitious young man. As seen in his back-to-school sign shown in Brittany's pictures, he wants "to be a NBA player someday."

His favorite food is listed as sushi, while his favorite color is—you guessed it—gold.

Golden is Nick's third oldest child. The Wild 'n Out star is also dad to twins Moroccan and Monroe, 13, with Mariah Carey; son Legendary Love, 2, with Bre Tiesi and daughter Onyx Ice, 23 months, with LaNisha Cole.

In addition, he and Abby De La Rosa share 3-year-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, as well as 21-month-old daughter Beautiful Zepplin.

At the moment, Nick's youngest child is 20-month-old daughter Halo Marie, who he shares with Alyssa Scott. Their older son Zen passed away from brain cancer at 5 months old in 2021.

In the past, the comedian praised Golden's intellect, raving over how he was only 5 when he enrolled in the second grade.
