Jason Kelce knows how to shake it—and shake it off.
The former NFL star was filmed busting out his best dance moves before the Philadelphia Eagles faced off against the Atlanta Falcons on ESPN's Monday Night Countdown broadcast Sept. 16—but not everyone was feeling Jason’s footwork. One user responded to a clip of the 36-year-old onstage, writing on X (formerly Twitter), “I would be embarrassed to be seen with a grown ass man doing this.”
But the former Eagles center—whose younger brother is Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce—took the criticism in stride, even giving wife Kylie Kelce a shoutout.
“My wife Kylie says this often,” Jason responded. “Embarrassing her is one of the great joys in my life.”
The father of three—who shares daughters Wyatt Elizabeth, 4, Elliotte Ray, 3, and Bennett Llewellyn, 18 months, with Kylie—has shown off his winning sense of humor before. During his ESPN debut Sept. 9, his co-hosts pointed out that he forgot his travel bag and was forced to wear a white dress shirt he purchased at the mall, but the athlete was quick to poke fun at himself for the error.
“It fits my belly now,” he pointed out as his co-hosts laughed at the shirt’s snug fit. “I’ve lost a little bit of weight, but my t-ts are still struggling.”
And on the New Heights podcast—which Jason co-hosts with Travis—the younger Kelce sibling noted that he and girlfriend Taylor Swift both got a kick out of the self-deprecating moment.
“Me and Taylor were watching that absolutely dying laughing at it,” Travis shared on the Sept. 11 episode of the podcast. “It was the perfect thing to open everybody up to what they were going to experience for the next 18 weeks.”

"Unbelievable honor to see it in person," he continued. "The size is incredible, looks so small when NBA players are holding it, but it’s actually massive!! The girls were very interested in it."
