Gigi Hadid has a secret to reveal on the runway.
After all, the supermodel paid homage to close pal Taylor Swift while strutting down the catwalk at the 2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Oct. 15.
Gigi kicked off the show by being raised from a platform under the catwalk, just like Taylor does when opening her Eras Tour show. The model even raised her arm and waved to the crowd, reminiscent of the singer during her Lover era.
As one fan wrote on X, "Gigi Hadid doing Taylor Swift’s ICONIC 'OH HI' at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show."
Donning a silky pink lingerie look and angel wings, Gigi also seemingly channeled her bestie while striking poses on the runway, before closing out her walk by being lowered under the stage once again, as Taylor does at the Eras Tour.
In fact, Gigi teased the concert-like moment just hours before the show.
"There's something on the runway tonight that is new for at least me on this runway," the 29-year-old told Entertainment Tonight ahead of the event. "There's an aspect to it that I was trained to do by Taylor on her tour. In one of her rehearsals, she was like, 'I'm going to show you how we do this.' And now I'm using it tonight."
It's a special night for Victoria's Secret and Gigi as it's the first show from the lingerie brand in six years.
"After today's rehearsal, I can confirm that it will forever feel like a dream come true," she gushed on Instagram Oct. 14. "Looking back on some of my favorite VS show moments over the years and I'm so excited to do it again, with the most incredible, dedicated, creative VS Team & with so many women I love and some I grew up watching. It is an honor."
And it's especially exciting to walk alongside younger sister Bella Hadid for the first time since 2018. Gigi, who made her Victoria's Secret runway debut in 2015, previously gushed over the privilege and their sweet bond.
"It's honestly insane," she told E! News in 2018. "Being able to look across the room like this and see your family is a blessing. I feel like I get to have a piece of home with me. It's also great to be the first sisters in the VS show and that's really an honor for us. It's crazy but really fun for us."
And she also expressed how she and Bella formed a loving connection with their fellow VS angels over the years.
"All of the girls are like sisters to me and sisters to us, and that's what's really fun about it," she added. "I think other girls see us and they maybe wish they had a sister, but me and Bella always are taking new sisters on a daily basis."
