Big sis energy.
Katherine Schwarzenegger shared how her and Chris Pratt’s youngest daughter Eloise Christina, 2, is preparing to welcome the newest addition to the family, posting a pic of the toddler rocking some customized swag, including an adorable white baseball cap with the label “Big Sis” on it in pink letters.
Katherine captioned the adorable Oct. 15 Instagram, “Big sis loading,” with a wide-eyed emoji.
The 34-year-old and Chris, 45, are also parents to daughter Lyla Maria, 4, and the Garfield star shares son Jack, 12, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
The couple are currently expecting their third child together, and while they haven’t shared whether the baby to be is a boy or girl, fans have certainly speculated that Katherine and her daughters’ pink outfits may be subtly hinting that she and Chris will welcome a little girl.
And Katherine certainly loves being a girl mom. Back in September, she shared a sweet photo of herself with her girls to Instagram, writing, “To the girls who made me a mom, love you more than you’ll ever know #NationalDaughtersDay.”
As for Chris, he’s been adapting to a new way of thinking when it comes to parenting.
"I think there's a new age of parenting," he told E! News in May. "I grew up, I did exactly what my parents said all the time. I never knew I could say 'no' to my parents. And now I'm a guy who's not super—didn't have a super healthy grip on his own emotions. So we're trying to raise them in a way that they feel comfortable expressing themselves."
He continued, "They still know the meaning of the word 'no' from their mom. When it comes from me, they don't seem to know what that means. And I don't really know what to do about it, but we'll get there."
