Francesca Farago is on the mend after facing a health scare.

The Too Hot to Handle alum—who announced her pregnancy in April—shared that she and fiancé Jesse Sullivan recently prepared to welcome their twin babies earlier than expected.

“Went in for our regular weekly ultrasound & ended up spending the last few days in the hospital mentally preparing for an emergency c section,” Francesca wrote in an Oct. 27 Instagram post. “Twins almost made a surprise appearance, all while we were organizing a huge move (finally) into the house I’ve been renovating for two years!”

Ultimately, the 30-year-old was discharged from the hospital before their scheduled arrival.

“But we’re back home now babies are doing good,” she continued. “I’m doing great. Hopefully can keep them cooking for 10 more days (36 weeks) & moving into the new house next week now instead! all updates on my snap!”

In her Instagram post, Francesca’s photo carousel included a series of snaps featuring the Netflix alum in the hospital with monitors on her baby bump, Jesse, 34, alongside her in the hospital room and pics from their packed-up home.

Pregnant Francesca Farago and Jesse Sullivan Reveal Sex of Twin Babies

Francesca and Jesse—who got engaged in May 2023—shared the news that they were expecting their babies earlier this year. In July, during their "chromosome reveal" party the couple revealed they are expecting a baby boy and a baby girl.

Over the course of her pregnancy, Francesca has found extra support in Jesse—who is also dad to son Arlo, 15, from a previous relationship.

However, the reality TV star has had to come to terms with her birth plan looking a little different than she initially expected.

"Originally my plan was 'just don't die,' make sure the babies are here safely," Francesca told E! News in June. "I really wanted to give birth naturally and vaginally." But in light of her condition with a short cervix, "I'm most likely going to have to get a C-section and I'm really bummed about it."
