Alix Earle is offering Braxton Berrios her support.
After the wide reciever sustained a torn ACL during the Miami Dolphins game against the Indianapolis Colts last week, she shared that he underwent surgery.
In a video shared to Alix’s Instagram Stories, the TikToker, 23, showcased Braxton, 29, being rolled out of surgery by a nurse with a smile on his face.
“Here’s to a successful surgery & now onto recovery,” she wrote alongside the clip. “And always with a smile on his face @braxtonberrios.”
Alix also shared a photo of her holding her boyfriend’s hand.
Following his game on Oct. 20, the athlete announced that his NFL season was officially over, just seven weeks after it began.
"Absolutely heartbroken," Braxton wrote on Instagram Oct. 21. "Due to an injury yesterday my season is over, the road ahead is measured in months and not days, but I find comfort in knowing I've been here before."
The North Carolina native—who has been linked to Alix since November 2023—added that he is remaining optimistic amid his setback.
"If you're lucky like me, adversity has become a close friend," Braxton’s statement continued. "It means you're chasing something not easily attainable and through all the failures and setbacks you've persevered. There's pain along the way, but what's on the other side makes it all worth it."
Amid his recovery, Alix recently offered insight into her boyfriend’s healing journey and how she’s been there to help him through it.
“He's always just such a positive reinforcement for me so it's been really great to be able to be there for him for something,” she told E! News at the 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards red carpet in New York City Oct. 28. “Obviously, he's so devastated and it's really hard. I know how hard he works at everything.”
