Jennifer Love Hewitt can't hardly believe how long she and Brian Hallisay have been married. 

The Ghost Whisperer actress shared a loving tribute to her husband of 11 years, with whom she shares kids Autumn, 10, Atticus, 9, Aiden, 3.

"This is us," Jennifer posted to Instagram Nov. 21, alongside a photo of the couple from a holiday photo booth. "I'm so grateful we had a little date today to celebrate. I always confuse our actual date by one day and you love me for it."

The 45-year-old added, "Happy Anniversary my love. Love you always and forever."

Jennifer and Brian, 46, first began dating in 2012 when they costarred on the TV series The Client ListThey tied the knot on Nov. 20 of the following year, just six days before Jennifer gave birth to the couple's first child.

Over the years, the couple has continued to share the screen, like when Brian guest starred as a recurring character on Jennifer's show 9-1-1.

And they're making it a full family affair with the upcoming Lifetime movie The Holiday Junkie, which was directed by Jennifer and includes all three of their children.

The movie also gave daughter Autumn a chance to flex her acting musclesomething she's been very interested in. And Jennifer and Brian are doing what they can to help her navigate a potential career in Hollywood.

"Our big thing with her is, even though my experience as a kid actor was very positive, I think we've both sort of said, 'Stay in school, do that,'" Jennifer recently told E! News. "'Grow up. Wait until you're a little bit older. Don't take all of this on quite yet.'" 

Brian echoed his wife's thoughts, adding, "I am a proponent of Autumn going to school and sort of growing up and figuring out who she is before she does all that as a kid."

He added, "Because if it's something that you want to do, you have to work hard at it, and it's not easy."
