The internet would like to buy a few vowels to describe Vanna White’s son.
The longtime Wheel of Fortune cohost enlisted the help of her son Nikko Santo Pietro while recently showing off her skills in the kitchen.
“First of all, I’m not a good cook but fortunately my son Nikko is,” Vanna told the camera of the 30-year-old—whom she shares with ex George Santo Pietro—in the Dec. 2 Instagram video. “So, he’s going to make one of my favorite dishes. It’s called Uncle Roy’s Chicken. Nikko makes it just as good as Uncle Roy.”
Nikko was the star of the show as he effortlessly moved through the recipe, peeling and grating ginger, and playfully put on sunglasses alongside his mom as he showed off his fine knife skills while chopping onions. After putting the chicken in the oven and taking it out, Nikko got his mother’s seal of approval after he plated and presented the dish.
“Look at that, it just falls apart,” Vanna told Nikko before giving him a hug. “We did it.”
And while Vanna’s eyes were on the chicken, her followers were focused on the chef.
One fan had a question, not about the status of the recipe but more about Nikko’s relationship status, writing, “Hi, is Nikko single?”
Another was filled with compliments for the chef writing, “Can we just say how cute is Nikko! Tight tshirt and backwards hat cooking…yes please!”
And of course, there was a Wheel of Fortune reference with a third commenter writing, “My next three letters are H-O-T.”
But amid the thirst over Nikko, his sister Giovanna “Gigi” Santo Pietro, 27, kept her brother humble writing. "Hahahahahaha her son was hot. MUST BE NICE," she joked. "jk love u frickin nuggggetttttts."
Vanna, 67, was married to George—a restauranter—from 1990-2002. While she has kept her children mainly out of the spotlight. Nikko however isn’t shy about showing off his cooking skills on his personal social media accounts, as well as his business tips.
And his mother isn't shy about bragging about his and Gigi's accomplishments.
"My son works at a real estate agency, and he does a great job. He is dedicated and he’s hungry to make deals close," Vanna told Parade in an iterview published Sept. 20. "My daughter went to New York University and graduated with an art degree. Now she’s a very good tattoo artist. She loves putting her art on someone’s body that will be there forever. The work she does is beautiful."
