The love lives of these Hollywood pairs aren’t a complete unknown.
After all, the 2025 Golden Globes are proving to be the perfect backdrop for every beloved celebrity couple’s latest date night. Indeed, while host Nikki Glaser will lead this evening in honoring the best performances of 2024—from blockbusters like Wicked to streaming successes like Monsters: The Erik and Lyle Menendez Story—the Jan. 5 occasion also allowed some of Hollywood’s sweetest pairs to step out for a date night.
Outside the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., Kerry Washington and her husband Nnamdi Asomugha stepped out for a very rare night out together, while Nobody Wants This star Adam Brody was supported by wife of 10 years, Leighton Meester on the red carpet.
And while Leighton and Adam may have met at the height of their Gossip Girl and The O.C. fame, they don't have a dream project to pursue together. After all, they exclusively told Zuri Hall on Live From E!: Golden Globes that attending the ceremony arm-in-arm was enough of a dream come true for them.
This year’s public displays of affection at the 82nd Golden Globes are certainly head-turning, but the ceremony has always been the spot for Hollywood’s best pairs to spend a night out. Last year, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner confirmed their now-years-long romance when they cozied up together amid the event.
Meanwhile, nearly a year before Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s engagement last month, she proved their relationship would go on for the long haul by sharing an intimate moment between the two after the event.
In an Instagram Story, the Only Murders star—who is up for double nominations this year for the aforementioned sitcom and Emilia Perez—shared a photo of herself kissing Benny with the caption, “I won.” (She certainly did—in the romance department, while her nomination for Best Actress in a Television Series—Musical or Comedy went to Ayo Edebiri for her performance in The Bear).
As for other couples who have turned up together for the Golden evening last year, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez made one of their last red carpet appearances as a couple before their J.Lo filed for divorce in August.
Other long-standing duos who made an appearance included Best Actor winner Steven Yeun, who shared his special night with wife of nearly 10 years Joana Pak, as well as Jodie Foster, who stepped out with wife Alexandra Hedison, whom she married in 2014.
