It might have been a while since Santa Claus graced your chimney.
But Kaley Cuoco’s video of her and fiancé Tom Pelphrey’s daughter Matilda, 18 months, experiencing her very first visit from little Saint Nick will remind you of those Christmas days of old and the magic of waking up to a visit from Santa himself.
In the adorable video the Big Bang Theory alum shared to her Instagram Story Dec. 25, Kaley and Tom hold hands with Matilda as they lead her towards their Christmas tree. And when Matilda catches sight of the magically-appeared presents, she lets go of her parents and quickly runs towards her haul—stuffed bunny rabbit in hand.
From there, the toddler—dressed in Grinch PJs—eyes her presents in wonder, slowly reaching out to investigate.
As Kaley captioned the adorable clip, “When you see what the ‘ho ho’ brought you for the first time.”
What follows on the 39-year-old’s Story is an up close and personal look at Matilda’s gifts from Santa, including a Frozen toy set, a Minnie Mouse basketball hoop and even a toddler-sized pink Chevrolet.
Of the latter gift, Matilda was all smiles as she stood in the driver’s seat, with Kaley quipping, “That new car no license feeling.”
The Based on a True Story star’s Christmas roundup was topped off with an adorable family selfie, as she, Matilda and Tom—with whom Kaley got engaged in August after two years together—all smile widely.
Earlier this year, Kaley provided some insight into navigating early parenthood, including why she ignores the haters.
"Every mom I can guarantee is doing the best they can," Kaley exclusively told E! News in November. "Look, everyone's got something to say about everything. There's no change before I had kids, to having kids, to where I am in my life."
She continued, "It's just this business, it's this life. It is what it is. But yeah, we got to stop at the shaming."
And for anyone who might have something to say about her and Tom’s parenting choices, Kaley is happy to report Matilda is "the happiest kid in the world" with so much "love around her."
"I just feel like every kid is so different," she continued. "What's good for your kid might not be good for mine."
So as is only fitting for a daughter of two Hollywood actors, Matilda is allowed to take in as much screentime as she’d like—and is already a big movie fan.
"She just watched like, seven movies on HBO," Kaley laughed. "Yeah, she's watching Game of Thrones when I get home."
