Zendaya just proved she never misses a serve—especially when it comes to fashion.
Indeed, the Challengers actress wowed at the 2025 Met Gala, where she ascended the steps of the famed Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City in an all-white menswear look. Keeping with the “Tailored For You" dress code—the gala theme this year is “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style”—she accessorized with a coordinated fedora and her hair pulled back in a bun. Her best accessory, however, was the massive engagement ring from longtime love Tom Holland, which she debuted at the 2025 Golden Globes Jan. 5. Just days after the upcoming nuptials were confirmed, the Cherry actor’s dad Dominic Holland shared insight into his “incredibly well prepared” process to popping the question.
"He had purchased a ring," Dominic wrote in a Patreon post. "He had spoken with her father and gained permission to propose to his daughter. Tom had everything planned out… When, where, how, what to say, what to wear…"
But while the comedian, who shares Tom and his three younger brothers with wife Nikki Holland, admitted to at times feeling uneasy about the pressure that comes with a high-profile romance, he knows the Spider-Man costars have what it takes to go all the way.
“Even though show-business is a messy place for relationships and particularly so for famous couples as they crash and burn in public and are too numerous to mention, with us an example, with Nikki helming this family and my ‘wisdom’ on tap and a study in getting things mostly wrong and yet somehow right at the same time,” Dominic continued, “I am completely confident they will make a successful union.”
And while Zendaya has been sporting new bling as of late, the actress also showed off another tribute to Tom, whom she first met while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2015. Indeed, during the Golden Globes fans spotted a dainty “t” tattoo on her ribcage.
But while wedding bells are certainly in their future, her longtime stylist Law Roach recently shared insight into when Zendaya and Tom will officially tie the knot. And while the OMG Fashun co-host hinted fans may be waiting a while to see the Euphoria star’s jaw-dropping wedding gown, they won’t have to wait long to see her bring her A-game to the carpet.
“It’s far away,” Law told E! News last month. “They’re both doing a bunch of movies this year and there’s a lot of premieres next year so you’ll see a lot of red carpets.”
