You won't be able to save your tears: Ariana Grande has missed the Grammys 2025.

The Eternal Sunshine singer—who earned three Grammy nods this year for her seventh studio album for Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Dance Pop Recording—skipped the show for the fifth year in a row, as she wasn't seen at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles Feb. 2. Her last appearance was in 2020.

However, her Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo did turn up, honoring the late Quincy Jones during a special tribute on stage. (And she's not the only one, for every celeb at the ceremony so far, click here.)

Ariana's latest nods come after a year where she certainly defied gravity: Not only did Eternal Sunshine—which the two-time Grammy winner dropped in March—serve as her first album in more than three years, but notably, the 31-year-old is riding high off the success of Wicked.

In fact, when the movie premiered in November, Ariana—who is dating Ethan Slater—penned a heartfelt message to her fans, noting that she "disappeared" into her role as Glinda, but remains endlessly thankful for their support.

"I'm feeling incredibly emotional today (who's surprised?)," she wrote on a post shared to her Instagram Story Nov. 22, "and i wanted to just thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"I want to tell you how grateful i am for the many ways in which you've held me over the years," she continued, "you have held my hand and helped mend my heart time and time again over the past ten years and i would never be here without you. i mean that in every way you can interpret it."

The "One Last Time" singer went on thank her supporters for their "patience."

"I know i disappeared into this project for a long, long time (i believe you called it 'the drought'!) and i know that was hard for you all," Ariana, who started filming Wicked in 2022, shared. "I want to thank you for your fierce protection, your passion, and your ability to see me and love me as i evolve alongside all of you."
