Watch: Grammys 2025: Billie Eilish’s Brother Finneas Makes Plea to Fans After Loss

There are no bad guys in Finneas’ eyes.

After he and sister Billie Eilish lost out on their seven nominations following the 2025 Grammys Feb. 2 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, the 27-year-old called for kindness from their fanbase.

“Great Grammys,” Finneas, who wore a look by ZEGNA for the ceremony, began the message on his Instagram Story Feb. 2. “So honored to have been nominated amongst so many amazing songs/albums. I don’t wanna see ANYONE with a photo of me or billie as their PFP getting’ in fights with other artists’ fans in comment sections.”

“Be at peace,” he continued. “Congratulations to all.”

This year, Billie was nominated in multiple categories, including for Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Record of the Year.

During the televised portion of the award show, Billie and Finneas—who attended the show with his fiancée Claudia Sulewski—were both seen in the audience applauding as Kendrick Lamar won for his single, “Not Like Us” in both the Record and Song of the Year categories. And was one of the many celebrities to stand to their feet as Beyoncé took home her first award for Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter. (For all the winners from the big night, click here).

Still, it wasn’t a dull night for the brother-sister duo, as Billie and Finneas took the stage to perform “Birds of a Feather”. For their moving performance, the two performed in front of a screen the replicated the mountains outside of their childhood home in Los Angeles as throwback pictures flashed behind them.

As a refresher, Billie has a total of nine Grammys, including in the Song, Record and Album of the Year categories for "What Was I Made For," "Happier Than Ever," and her album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?. But that’s not all, as the “Ocean Eyes” singer is still the youngest artist to win an Oscar, Grammy and a Golden Globe for one song after collecting all three trophies for her song "No Time to Die" from the titular James Bond film.

And while Billie didn’t personally share any pics from her night, she did take a moment to celebrate Doechii—who took home the award for Best Rap Album—with a repost on her Instagram Stories Feb. 2 featuring a photo of the “Denial is a River” rapper accepting her award.
