The message went on to remind readers that there is “no effort without error and shortcoming,” and commends a person who “knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly."

And it seems that Tom—who finalized his divorce from the Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2022 following 13 years of marriage—had feelings to share the week before as well, sharing a photo of himself watching the sunset while listening to The Chicks’ emotional cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide.”

But the 47-year-old’s ambiguous posting goes as far back as March 2023, when he shared a Ralph Waldo Emerson quote the day after Gisele shared insight into their divorce in a Vanity Fair cover story.

"What is success?" the quote read.
