Christina Haack has an unwanted new presence in her neighborhood.
The HGTV star said that she's seen her ex-husband Josh Hall multiple times walking around her neighborhood in Southern California.
"Does your ex ever wander around in your neighborhood?" Christina asked Jeff Lewis on the March 27 episode of his radio show Jeff Lewis Live. "I've seen mine twice this month on walks in my usual everyday walk."
The Flip Off star—who is now dating Christopher Larocca—shared that he lives across the country from her, and he's familiar with her daily routine.
"He lives in Tennessee," she said. "I literally do the same walk every day—I'm not gonna say where it is, however, I do it every day—and two times now, I've seen him."
Christina—who shares children Taylor, 14, Brayden, 9, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and Hudson, 5, with ex Ant Anstead—added that Josh has been by himself both times she's seen him and that they don't acknowledge or text one another during their run-ins.
"I blocked him a long time ago," the 41-year-old revealed with a smile. "No one here's had an ex wander around in your neighborhood?"
When Jeff posited that maybe her ex is simply "reminiscing" about the house they owned together, Christina laughed him off.
"What?" she asked. "Who flies all the way from Tennesse just to walk my neighborhood and flies home?"
The Flip or Flop star also claimed that Josh has unexpectedly shown up at her favorite restaurant that she goes to a few times a week before sharing that they're scheduled to start mediation in their divorce soon.
"I have mediation next month, hopefully," Christina explained while noting that they're far from resolution. "It has not been close, but mediation's good."
E! News has reached out to Josh’s rep for comment but has not yet heard back.
The updates come as she has been opening up about life without him on the current season of Christina on the Coast, which was filmed after they filed for divorce last summer.
"The house is so much better. The kids are so happy. Like, everyone in this household is thriving and the kids truly are doing great,” Christina said on the show's March 13 episode. "Everyone’s just doing better since he’s gone. Just all that negative energy."

My dream man on the dreamiest island. Maui holds a special place in my heart. What an amazing night filled with love."
It would later be revealed that the two actually wed in October 2021.

The real estate agent celebrated the HGTV star's birthday with a sweet tribute.
"Happy 40th Birthday to my absolute stunner of a wife!" he wrote on Instagram. "This woman has accomplished so much, inspired so many and continues to impress me daily. I can’t say enough about what an absolute force she is and what she is capable of.
