Virginia Giuffre is on the mend.
The 41-year-old—an alleged victim of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein who settled her sex abuse case against Prince Andrew out of court in 2022 after he denied any wrongdoing—was released from the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth, Australia, her rep confirmed to People, one week after announcing that she had been given four days to live.
E! News has reached out to Virginia's rep and hasn't heard back.
Last month, Virginia—who shares three kids with estranged husband Robert Guiffre—shared a photo of bruised face in a hospital bed, revealing that she was in the hospital after a school bus crashed into her car. And she also detailed her deteriorating heath, saying she had gone into renal failure.
"I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time," she captioned the March 30 Instagram post, "but you know what they say about wishes. S--T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s--t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life."
Three days later, Virginia's rep told E! News in a statement that her client "continues to be hospitalized in serious condition," adding that she hadn’t realized the post was on her public account.
In that same update, her rep replied to Virginia's estranged husband Robert’s allegations that she had breached a family violence restraining order, saying that "Virginia looks forward to defending herself against his malicious claim." Per court records obtained by E! News, the next hearing in the case is set for April 9. (E! News reached out to Robert for comment at the time and didn't heard back.)
While details of the incident that led to the restraining order remain unclear, People reported that the Virginia appeared in court March 19 for allegedly breaching the order and didn't enter a plea.
Virginia had previously hinted at her family's struggles on social media when expressing how much she missed her children.
"My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies," Virginia captioned a March 22 carousel post featuring photos of her kids. "I miss them so very much. I have been through hell & back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else."
"Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies," she added. "My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens."
