After all, the Game of Thrones alum was baring impressive washboard abs during a recent bachelorette party for singer Taura Lamb. In since-deleted photo shared on Instagram May 19, Sophie—donning a red-and-white gingham bikini—flexed her muscles as she soaked up the sun by a backyard pool.
"I want to live on Tori Island forever," she wrote in the caption. "But our girl's gotta go get hitched."
The 29-year-old also put her six-pack on display while hitting up a public pool with other gal pals in the bridal party, including Grace McGovern, Holly Willems and Nadia Sofia Parkes.
One candid snap from the group outing showed Sophie—this time in a turquoise two-piece with a matching sequin wrap—laughing while sitting on stone walkway with her Steve Madden sandals, while she struck a pose on a lounger in another shot.
Needless to say, fans were floored over her body transformation.
"You look absolutely SHREDDED," one follower wrote in the comments section, which has since been deactivated. "I know that took hard work and dedication."
Meanwhile, another fan quipped, "The abs are abbing."
The girls' trip was just one of several Sophie—who shares daughters Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2, with ex Joe Jonas—has embarked on in recent months.
In January, she shared photos from her vacay in South Asia, writing on Instagram, "Who knew that all it takes to be happy is tea tasting, perfume making, breathwork, sound therapy, spotting dolphins, watsu, cooking classes, turtle snorkeling, massages and getting burnt on the beach with your besties in the Maldives."

However, the caption only fueled rumors of trouble in paradise between the Do Revenge actress and boyfriend Peregrine Pearson, who many fans noted have been absent from Sophie's social media postings.
Sophie, who finalized her divorce from Joe in September, has not publicly addressed the breakup speculation. But given her penchant for keeping details of her personal life close to the chest, it's unlikely that she'll be speaking out anytime soon.
"I try and not be a mother in the public eye as much as possible, but I am a mom and I am in the public eye," Sophie said on The Run-Through with Vogue podcast last year. "So it's tough because my main priority is keeping my children away from that and give them the privacy."

After the former couple filed for divorce, their legal battle became thorny, with the Do Revenge actress filing a lawsuit against the musician over their two kids Willa Jonas and Delphine Jonas to be returned to England. (Joe’s rep slammed the suit as “misleading.”) However, the pair reached a temporary agreement that October.

Later that month, Sophie signaled that perhaps a new relationship was coming—and moved on to a new chapter in her personal life.
In fact, she began dating British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson, with whom she was photographed engaging in PDA during a Paris trip.

Ready to embrace a new year with a new lease on life, Sophie declared in January 2024 that the previous year was “the year of girlies,” adding that the forecast for the year ahead instead “is looking fairly consistent."
