There's a big roar about Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's relationship status as of late.
The "Hot N Cold" singer and the Lord of the Rings alum—who went public with their romance in 2016 and announced their engagement three years later—have become the subjects of major breakup speculation this month.
So, what exactly are the rumors that have be circulating recently? Multiple outlets have reported that tensions between Katy and Orlando—who share daughter Daisy Dove Bloom, 4—started growing back in September 2024, when her 143 album received a less than stellar critical reception.
And the couple's relationship allegedly became even more strained when Katy, 40, kicked off her Lifetimes tour back in April, supposedly causing them to spend more and more time apart.
"She was also disappointed in some of the tour reviews," a source told People June 9. "It's put stress on their relationship."
But Katy's busy career isn't the only cause of the alleged split, according to the rumor mill.
Reports have also accused the pair's years-long engagement of causing issues, with one source telling Us Weekly June 10, they "never set a date for the wedding or got around to planning anything.”
E! News reached out to reps for Katy and Orlando for comment but has not received a comment.
And while Katy and Orlando, 48, have yet to address the split speculation, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor—who is also dad to son Finn, 13, with ex Miranda Kerr—notably stepped out for the premiere of his new film Deep Cover at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival on June 10 without the "Roar" singer by his side.
What's more, Katy shared a cryptic message about heartache while on stage in Sydney for a concert on the same day.
During her performance of her breakup ballad "I'm Still Breathing," the singer took a brief break to open a packet of Tim Tams gifted to her by a fan and eat one of the cookies.
"This song is about a breakup," the former American Idol judge told the crowd during the interlude, per a clip from the show published by Daily Mail June 11, "and this Tim Tam saved me."
