After all, they know that, despite going their separate ways, they will always be in each other’s lives.

"I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years—both as an individual and in partnership with Cash," Jessica wrote in a January Instagram post. "I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

As for Jessica and Cash’s approach to parenting? Well, they are aligned on one goal.

"We're not raising a--holes,” Cash quipped during a 2020 interview with Reveal. "If they get out of line, we're not going to stand for it. We've tried to maintain the values our parents taught us."

Agreeing with that sentiment, Jessica detailed what that might look like for their family.

"I don't shy away from setting boundaries and routines,” she explained in the joint interview. “They have to make their beds. They have to set the table, clear the table—those are no-brainers, right? They participate in taking care of the home and themselves."
