Hold onto your butts: Jurassic World Rebirth is here.
Just like an Indominus Rex, the New York City premiere of the next installment in the beloved dinosaur franchise was a mammoth one—with stars Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Mahershala Ali and Rupert Friend hitting the red carpet in style.
But they aren't the only ones on the guest list causing a roar. Scarlett's husband Colin Jost, as well as her cast members Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Luna Blaise, David Iacono, Audrina Miranda, Ed Skrein and Bechir Sylvain were also spotted having a T-Rexcellent time at the June 23 event.
With a whole new cast tracking down dinosaurs, Jurassic World Rebirth takes place five years following the events in 2022's Jurassic World Dominion, which starred Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard as well as Jurassic Park OGs Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum.
After the Earth's environment proved to be inhospitable to many de-extinct prehistoric animals, a covert agent (Johansson) has been tasked to escort a group of scientists to search for the last remaining creatures on a remote island on the Atlantic Ocean.
And for Johansson herself, filming the flick ended up being a family affair. As the actress—who shares son Cosmo, 3, with Jost and daughter Rose, 10, with ex Romain Dauriac—told E! News in May, "It was over the summertime, so I got to bring my family to a lot of fun locations."
However, Jurassic World Dominion's Howard said her kids—son Theodore, 18, and daughter Beatrice, 15, with husband Seth Gabel—weren't as interested in seeing dinos when she was filming the movie saga. In fact, she quipped to E! in 2022 that they didn't view her as "being badass in any way, shape, or form"—despite famously running away from a Tyrannosaurus Rex in heels.
As for her costar? Pratt told E! at the time that his favorite role was just being a parent.
"Every kid probably, in a way, builds their parents up to be something huge," said Chris, who is dad to son Jack, 9, with ex Anna Faris and kids Lyla, 4, Eloise, 3, and Ford, 7 months with wife Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt. "If I've done that in my kids' life, it's not ‘cause of the movies that I've done, hopefully. It's just because I'm dad."
