Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae El Moussa are flipping over their exciting new chapter.
The couple—who share son Tristan, 2, in addition to Tarek's children Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, with ex Christina Haack—are moving into a new home together.
"We have some news….We’re moving!!!" the couple announced in a joint Instagram post June 19. "We are so excited for this new chapter and new adventure for our family. We Can’t wait to make this house a home and add our El Moussa design flare and show you guys some of the process."
In the accompanying video, Tarek and Heather are all smiles as they walk into their new house before sharing a kiss, look at paint swatches and walk around their unfurnished digs.
The couple had previously been open about the fact that they were in the market for a new home.
"We live at the beach right now," Heather told Hello! in October, “so we're looking to move to something with a backyard because we're kind of tight space right now."
"We don't know what's to come," she added. "2025 is going to bring a lot of new things for us, so we're just excited to embrace it."
As for whether one of those new things could be another child together, the Selling Sunset alum has been clear about her desire to expand their family.
"We're in the see what happens phase," Heather told E! News in May. "I have been vocal, probably more than my husband would like, that I would love to have another baby."
"We are very busy, and we're nonstop," she added, "and there's a lot of chaos and we're juggling a lot. So, we're in talks."
The 37-year-old went on to explain that, before she married Tarek in 2021, she wasn't even sure she wanted to have children at all, but spending time with her now-stepchildren changed that.
"I was lucky enough to be become a stepmom to Taylor and Brayden six years ago," The Flipping El Moussas star detailed, "and I fell in love with them. And then that made me want to have my own."
"These kids are just so full of life and innocence and happiness and giggles it just melts me," Heather continued. "I could be having the craziest day, and I come home and Tristan runs and hugs me, the kids hug me, and I'm like, 'Oh, that's my zen; that's my peace.'"

Tarek and heather spark dating rumors when they are photographed kissing on a yacht at the Portofino Hotel & Marina in Redondo Beach, California. A source tells E! News at the time that he is "slowly" starting to date following his 2016 split from Christina Anstead, and that "Tarek and Heather have recently started hanging out, but it's nothing serious nor official."

Tarek and Heather are photographed in a cozy embrace while on a date night in Beverly Hills. In a recent interview on the podcast Reality Life With Kate Casey, he talks about the possibility of remarrying one day, saying, "I've been on my own for three years now, and it gets lonely. As people we want to love and we want to be loved. I don't care what anyone says, that's just how we're wired. So I'm hopeful. I think there's a chance."
August 2019: Making It Official
I never thought I'd say this word again, but this beautiful young lady, Heather Rae, is my girlfriend, officially, yeah," Tarek says on E!'s Daily Pop. "She's awesome. She's just, I feel really, really lucky to have met her. We have so many things in common. She's amazing. She does such a great job, she did Selling Sunset, and that show was incredible. So, I really admire her work ethic and her heart. It's been a long time since I've started falling in love."
"I've been on my own for close to three and a half years now and to finally find someone again, it's a really big deal for me, because a few months ago if you would have asked me, I would say 'I'm gonna be on my own forever and I'm happy being alone,' and you know what, I realize what I was missing now," he adds.

Tarek and Heather celebrate his 38th birthday at BOA Steakhouse in Los Angeles.
