Tim McGraw is traveling the world with his shotgun rider.
The “I Like It, I Love It” singer shared a sweet snap of him and wife Faith Hill, 57, spending quality time together in Copenhagen.
In the July 1 Instagram post, the couple were all smiles as they enjoyed lunch in the Danish city. Both sporting vibrant colors, Faith wore a lime green silk top and brown shades while Tim, 58, opted for a yellow jacket and a cane. Their trip through Europe wasn’t just a romantic getaway, as he revealed the sweet reason for their trip: To see their youngest daughter Audrey McGraw, 23, perform “on tour with the fabulous” Brandi Carlile.
This rare photo comes shortly after the “Humble and Kind” singer—also dad to daughters Gracie McGraw, 28, and Maggie McGraw, 26—canceled his performance at the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Last Cowboy Standing event on July 21 to recover from back surgery.
This isn’t the first time Tim has been focused on his health, as he had back surgery before he went on his Standing Room Only tour last March. But unfortunately, the operation led to another unplanned injury.
“Sort of compensating for that, my knees went out like three weeks into the tour,” he revealed in a May 23 interview on The Bobby Bones Show. “In the process of recovering from my knee surgeries, my back went out again and I had to have another back surgery.”
And while Tim hasn’t revealed details about his recent surgery, he’s not letting his healing journey stop him from supporting Audrey. Before his latest trip to Copenhagen, he and Faith also supported their youngest during her first show on The Lost Time tour.
“Our little @audreymcgraw on stage at Royal Albert Hall for opening night of @brandicarlile tour!!” he captioned the June 21 Instagram post, which sees Audrey belting on stage. “Pure magic watching our baby girl up there!”
